No, they could not explain what was wrong with my numerous photos of document.
Not sure, I would contact their support. Also bear in mind you cannot withdraw straight to Coinbase and can lose your funds that way, you have to withdraw to a wallet like Exodus and then to Coinbase to convert.VictorOd said:No, they could not explain what was wrong with my numerous photos of document.
I lost £60 of a £200 deposit while Coinbase decided today an account verification having taken the deposit and locked the money on for 3 days not in my native currency but in Litecoin I was trying to purchase while it plummeted, I would never had lost this sum with a regular fiat purchase. I was going mad watching it fall and they would not do anything with it until 3 days were up not accepting my ID but not justifying why they would not accept it but automatically accepting it after 3 days.infonazar said:Why do you think cryptocurrencies are unreliable?
They are no less reliable than any payment systems that exist today. Any payment system can cease operations at any time.
I have been withdrawing money from poker sites in cryptocurrency since 2017, and I have never had any problems. Moreover, it is fast, secure, and much cheaper than any payment system. You are simply unfamiliar with this area, so you are scared and afraid of what you do not know.
As for high commissions, you have been misled, that's not the case. High commissions do happen, but it can literally be a few days a year. If you know what you are doing, cryptocurrencies are probably the most convenient option for withdrawing funds.
This is very difficult to believe. ACR Poker have been around for many years, and most of us had no problems verifying our accounts there. Regardless of the reason nobody can help you with this other than ACR Poker support. Best of luck.VictorOd said:No, they could not explain what was wrong with my numerous photos of document.

They had frozen my funds when I tried to make a cryprocurrency cashout. So my $70 CC prizes and $65 of other funds are stuck there. Any ideas if someone might help with KYC/verification there?
