No refund is needed because it was a freeroll. I was simply reporting a really odd experience in game

Oh okay thank you very much for the report, was just in case you played a cash game aside from the freeroll. If you need help or have any questions please let me know!

Hi Blackout09 ! Could you please be so kind and let me know what error message or what type of issue are you having with the poker application so I can assist you further. At this moment everything is working fine, we do not have any reports at this moment.

I look at the lobby trying to find out what 'NEW' tournaments I might be interested in playing, and I just don't see anything that looks new to me.

With nearly every player now reasonably competent , tourneys and SnG's are taking a lot longer than they used to. This is not unique to WPN, it is almost everywhere. A 9 seat SnG is very likely to take 2 hours.

You have few 6 max SnG's. I go elsewhere to find them. I don't want to go elsewhere to find the games that I want to play.

Please give 6 max a new review. Also think about increasing your off HE selections. It has gotten to the point where if I want Stud, I have to go to BOL.

You could start a regular $2 HORSE tourney that started at about 9 am ET, without a guarantee, and once word got out it was regular, and reliably there, it would grow to about 60 regs enjoying it. I know I would be one of them every day.

Any thoughts on having Combat Points Tournaments and Having Combat Points as Prizes? Wouldnt that be an interesting idea.

Hi ekgbeat ! I know it has been a long wait but I'm 100% sure that the release is coming very soon. I don't have the specific date of the release but when I have it, I will let you know on the #AmericasCardroom official thread and also on our Americas Cardroom official website.

:( Didn't fall for the over / under. Thanks for the update.

I haven't played in months and wanted to play a little but I'm having deposit issues. Bitcoin takes a week to buy, can't find a prepaid card that works, and credit card is blocked. Any other good options? Anyone interested in a p2p deal or anything? I even tried signing into Skype for the first time in a year and my contacts were gone somehow. I had a couple of small stakers on there. I was so wanting to play in the $300 gtd plo8 tourney yesterday. Oh well, any help from members or acr rep is appreciated. Oh yeah, I was gonna try WU but it I hear there are delays and it can take hours for the money to hit your balance.

Hi ScooperNova ! Player to player is a very good option too it only takes 10 minutes or less! Regarding Bitcoins, could you please be so kind and provide me more details about the issue that you are having so I can assist you on this matter. And WU/ Money Gram takes 1 hour up to 8 hours or more depending on the volume of deposits and also depends on the location.

Hi kenreimann ! Each tournament specifies the number of levels for late registration. The late registration levels are from 10-12-20 levels. So it depends on each tournament.

It said it would take a week for bitcoins i bought with a bank account to be received. I did have a credit card attached for instant buy, but they kicked it out for some reason.

I bought bitcoins with a bank account on January 11th and will get them by the 18th. I used to be able to instant buy, but that has disappeared. I hate that I can never play quickly when I get an itch. I remember it taking forever to verify the card to enable instant buys in the first place. Hit me with a five spot somebody. QuAceczar

I hear ya! Yes, that will definatelly depend on the wallet you use, unfortunately not much we can do since we do not endorse or support any of these applications and can’t guarantee the information they provide. Best advise from my edn will be P2P, MG or WU

Thanks for the report, are you getting the blank window with a particular tournament or does that happend with every single one you play, my question is because I need to send as many details as I can to the IT dep for them to further review on this matter. Can you also send me a screenshot to [email protected]?

Thanks for the report, I am afraid that this is related with the On Demands setup but I will send it to review anyways
