I've not been able to log in at ACR (nor BCP) for some weeks.
When I could not log in, tried to download and install again, but clicking the download button times out before anything actually happens.
At first could not access the web site either, but can now, except for the download.

Hey sir maybe you can try this:
1-uninstall the program off your comp
2-turn off your anti-virus
3-download program, install, and run
4-turn anti-virus back on

Didn't work.
Iexplorer has trouble connecting to the website at all.
Firefox and Chrome can access all areas of the site, except that the download times out.
Same for both ACR and BCP. I know I have some money at (at least) one of those sites.
How can I get my money out? It's not possible to log in to the cashier via the website.

It takes some development but our cash game manager has that in list to do for cash games, hopefully sooner than later we will have this kind of cash games.

Can you please contact our Costumer Service they will assist you with your cashout, but perhaps our IT team could help you with your issues.

Played a few of the wsop Jackpot games....I don't don't know....always playing just to break even....think there should be some other awards also...it's a bit monotonous the way it is now.

Wow!...nice. Didn't realize that they were like that already....I played about five or six $3 games which were only break even. Cool ....thanks. They're more interesting to me now!

This has happened at least twice now;

I join a jackpot game, get the 'your are registered...' message, but it doesn't show that I am registered in any list (like the middle of the Jackpot lobby page). I wait, then a few minutes later, the actual game shows up, and worst case so far is I missed 2 orbits.

Very annoying playing in a tournament then having that tournament suspended for an update... Especially when updates should be scheduled ahead of time and tournaments should be cancelled before they start

I agree! It's the best in the US! If you click on your table name you can add a profile picture. And, if you click on the other player's names then you can get a quick glimps at their profiles.

It is probably reasonable that during the WSOP, we won't hear much of anything from any of the official reps from any site.

And the WSOP is on now, and will be thru June and into July.

Most , not all, of what used to be rebuys/add ons, have been replaced with re-entry games. So we don't see a lot of R/A games, but when we do, we do need to see how many rebuys as well as how many add ons have occured.

+1 this should be easy to implement. Until then, I've just scrolled to the bottom of the positions list... Subtract number of players in this list from the number of entries to find the number of rebuys :thumbup:

Thanks, but it's not like that for every tournament. I have noticed it there sometimes, and it's missing at times. Also, only the tournament lobby updates the top 18 or so payouts. When I click on "prize structure", it never updates. If I want to know what anything after 18th place pays, I'm SOL.

On a positive note, one thing I like about the prize structure subsection of the tournament lobby is you can change the entrant pool number to speculate on how many places will pay out. High five on that one!
