I have now had the glitch where the "timer sound" keeps repeating every few seconds for the 4th time, twice in the last 24 hours. The only fix is to close the program and re-open, obviously a problem while playing.

Glad to know I’m not the only one!

I have had this problem many times, quite annoying, the only thing to do is mute the sound or close the client and log in again, but tough to do that when you are playing.

Hi guys, the ones who reported the Sound issue, our Development list are currently working on this. Please allow them some time, soon as they fix it I will post it here.

The only time I have this problem is when I am disconnected. I only noticed this because my Internet provider has been pretty crappy this week. I will click Fold, Call, or Raise and the timer starts because of the disconnection and the alarm keeps going even after the timer has elapsed. But my table and other client screens are totally frozen, some go blank.

While this may not be the same thing the others are experiencing, there is something in the code that does not turn the alarm off when disconnected. It is in a repetitive loop with no exit.

Well it’s actually 2250, since I had to “call” to 4000

My refund was semi tongue-in-cheek but it’s the only way to make it right. It was an error in their technology and I should be compensated appropriately

I think that it keeps going because, 1st it's trying to get connected, 2nd the system saves the data and cache, everything, so the sound will get stuck there until you:

1. Until the internet gets back and you get reconnected.
2. Close the application and launched it again.

Right now ACR is my favorite place to play just wish they had more freeroll qualifiers to big tournaments like they do sometimes bring more step tournaments.

Both of those items go without saying. But what if I want to wait until I get reconnected? This may be anywhere from 1 minute to 15. I do not need the "timeout alarm" after the inital 90 seconds. It would be nice if it just stopped beeping altogether.

My only complaint with ACR is the late reg on tournaments. If you guys could lower the late reg of all tourneys to 3 hours or less it would be so much better for everyone.

Help advice. The provider does not allow me to download Americas cardrum. Blocks links. The only thing I have is black chip poker.
How can I solve this problem?
