Just an update! I replied to the original support email with my credit card/ drivers license info and correct phone number and mentioned that I did not have a utility bill. Is there anything else I should do to make the process easier for you guys to sort it out?

Several feature requests

Sorry if some of these have been mentioned before (it's hard to read all the comments on this thread).

1. Show chat messages as a speech bubble so that you can see when there something to respond to when you have a different window open.
2. Show in the table view (not lobby view) how much time is left at a certain blind level and what the next blind level is.
3. The table view is almost unreadable when multi tabling on a single screen.
4. Allow configuring custom bet sizes. It always takes me a long time to raise 2.5x.

OMG - what is up with all the 3 and 5 hour late registration tournaments on this site with multiple re-buys and add-ons?

That's super crazy! When I use the filter to only show knockouts and freezeouts with no re-buys or add-ons, the list of available tournament is almost none.

Man, I am really surprised - in this regard, Ignition Poker is much better.

Looks like I will stick with ACR for ring games and SNGs, but whenever I feel like playing an MTT - I'll have to fire up Ignition again.

Why is it that those of us on the rakeback program get slightly screwed over when you get a first time deposit bonus?

The FTD bonus is supposed to be a bonus over and above what you receive as a non-first time user. However if you opt to be in the rakeback program you lose 5.4% of the rakeback while the bonus is still active.

The bonus is $1 per 27.5 points earned. It requires $5 raked to earn those 27.5 points which reward $1 - That's simply a 20% rakeback. So far so good.

The rakeback program offers you 27% rakeback, however they subtract any bonus money claimed from your raked total before they calculate the 27%. Simple math will show that the player is not receiving 5.4% of what they should be getting.

Real world example:
I get raked $100 today
Bonus would be $20 (20%)
Rakeback SHOULD be $27 (27%)
The total should then be $47.

However, since they subtract the bonus of $20 from the rake of $100, the 27% gets calculated on $80. This changes the results as followed:

I get raked $100 today
Bonus would be $20 (20%)
Rakeback is now 27% of $80 = $21.60 (should have been $27)
The total is now just $41.60

I lost $5.40 or 5.4% of total raked.

Can someone explain why please?
The VIP players don't get their points reduced by bonuses, why do we?

Hello, the rakeback calculation formula is properly posted at the Rakeback tracking tool located under the rewards tab, the Rake back calculation formula is indeed:


[Total Rake + fees - Bonus earned out] * 27%

The math you made is correct in the $100 total rake scenario the total rakeback received would be $21.60 and $20 bonus for a total of $41.60

Keep in mind that the RakeBack and Elite benefits programs are not meant to share any math equivalent, they are different. Please feel free to evaluate the program that suits you the best and we`ll be more than glad to switch you over

Thanks for replying but you didn't really address my concern.

Lets just make this simple and I'll ask just 1 question.

Why is the bonus money claimed subtracted from the total amount raked before the 27% is calculated?
