Try using your ACR Username & password. Make sure you enter it exactly. I did just try logging in with my email & PW. No problems. It worked fine. Just be sure that you do not introduce spaces, etc. Has to be exact.

Hi liuouhgkres. By any chance, do you get any error message when opening? Or any blank screen? Please provide more details, so I can better assist you.

Is there a reason the change password button is not clickable in my cashier window?

6 Plus Poker is now live at Americas Cardroom

Americas Cardroom is already having a September to remember, with the most recent news just breaking.

6 Plus Poker (also known as Short Deck Poker) has now been added to heads-up, 6-max and 9-max cash games.

This exciting Texas Hold’em variation removes all 2 through 5 cards from the deck and has modified hand rankings. It makes for some very interesting strategy decisions.

Check it out now and see what the entire poker world is buzzing about!

Check our tutorial here ;
More details here.

Are you getting an error message or something related? Let me know which operator system do you have (Windows or Mac)

I was playing in a $7 On Demand PLO8 tournament and it was down to three players. The winner took me and the other player out simultaneously with similar chipstacks. Is there a way that 2nd and 3rd place is determined? I'm not sure I may have been slightly out chipped and maybe that decides it? I was expecting a split of 2nd and 3rd place with the other player, but I ended up in 3rd place with 3rd place money. There is no tournament number that I saw but it ended at 1:47 am and was the only one I played all night. My player name is QuACEczar.

Using windows, and no, there are no error messages. The Edit button is lit, and clickable. The validate email, and change password buttons are both grayed out and are not clickable.

You can find the tournament ID number via the Cashier. There is a Game History tab in the Cashier window. Please be advised that it appears that this updates at midnight every day, so you will not see your current days tournaments yet.

Definitely like ACR, reminds me of Stars. But, I am very good with patterns and also I am new to your server. But in bigger buy ins I am making good calls and getting run over way too much. I know we run good and bad, but since this is born from a casino base mindset, I sometimes wonder if people whom are paying more money or have more points get favored. just a wonder, I still enjoy playing.

Was your table position closest to the winning hand? If you were first/closest to the winner you would fold/lose before the next in line. Sounds like you were 3rd in this order.

The betting order would prevent ties when more than one loses at same time. For MTT's I think it is position and actual time that keeps ties from occurring across tables.

God bless. :) :five:

Smaller stack gets third as they both went in the same hand!.

oneybiggs is correct.

Looked it up at: https://www.americascardroom.eu/online-poker/tournaments/how-to-play/rules/

13. Tournaments conclude once one player has accumulated all the chips in the tournament. In the event that 2 or more players are eliminated in one hand the player with the most chips prior to the hand being dealt will be awarded the higher finishing spot. In the result of a tie as both players have the same number of chips, the players tie for that rank and the prize pool is distributed equally.

God bless. :D  :ciao:

No error message, just after I enter my login password it freezes. Anyway, I fixed it my changing my computer. That computer had wondows ten, ACR seems to work relaitvely fine with windows 7, even though in beginning it gives ton of error messages.

I think it varies based on the buy-in amounts of the event?

I wondered that, that’s why I asked that in my original question. I guess the other player could have had a 1-2% bigger stack than me. It wasn’t fair at all in this case as there was no significant difference and 2nd and 3rd place money should have been split. Rules are rules though, they just suck sometimes.

Yes. Rules are rules because without them we would all win meaning we would just break even. Need those rules to have a game. 1 chip more means that pile is bigger. Good or bad, we all win & lose by the same rule(s). GL in future games. Knowing the rules of the game you play makes you a stronger player. ;)

Is there anything on the horizon about fixing the replay viewer? It doesn't show mucked cards, and you can't go back to previous hands. Thanks!
