Nothing is running right now. ACR is down. Just down load ACR when it's up and running.

BCP working for me but ACR seems to have crashed . I am guessing all the extra traffic for Breast Cancer Awareness freerolls + freebuy super series has overwhelmed the site .Anyone else know what is happening ?

Hello ACR

I can't make notes on players, notes system is not working properly.

- I've opened all tables of the tournament and made notes on all remaining players, on my next logon all notes disappeared.

- When you're losing a stack and table automatically shuts down because of re-seating, if you're going to find the new table with a villain from previous hand - it will be useless to write any notes and you won't see notes that you've left in the past.

- Is it really necessary to have "Ok" button to approve changes for notes that you're making?

Can making notes be a 2 step action? 1) click a player 2) write a note... Currently it's 4 steps. Click a player - select "notes" - write a note - click ok to save the note... SO boring and hard to do, specially if you're multitabling. And it's amazing that some of the notes are not being saved...

Do you save notes on my local PC or you have them stored at your servers for each account?

It's so funny because I just fired up ACR yesterday for the 1st time in months after being so disgusted with the new (but very broken) software update. I played some $1/2, actually had a decent session and today is my Friday so I was really looking forward to playing all weekend. But whatta ya know??? Not even 24 hours in to giving this site and network a 15th chance, the sites down. It's just disgraceful at this point.

So just busted out of the pokerstars home game for today tried again to log in to ACR still says my password e mail is wrong lol .... but funny thing now it shows all the games running including the CC Daily ... did that go off and run just curious because I can't get past the log in screen but I can see everything in the lobby running lmao ... this is rediculous

Can ACR REP give an update? I wanna hurry up and get on so I can cash all my money out. Sad thing is they know I won't. I've been a mid stakes and high stakes casino player on ACR for years and rarely cash out...but I'm so tired of being let down this might be it for me.

Yes, it is all correct.

You may try it from any ACR account only.

Please make sure to click on:

1. 'Leave Tournament'
2. Green option which says 'Re-Enter'
3. 'Watch Video & Re-Enter'

At this point, the video will start and you will then be placed into the same table you were before getting eliminated.

I had to get a new laptop and I am trying to redownload ACR, but everywhere I go, it seems to be a dead link. Is there a new link or are there some issues with the site going on?

I am sorry that you were not able to find our Download Link.

Please make sure to:

1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer
6. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
7. Sign in and enjoy!

During these freebuys Ive noticed that after registration once you enter the money regardless if its reached the level where it says rebuys are available they arent , Also There has never been a time when addons have been available in any tournament i have made it to the money.
Is this a glitch or maybe the addon feature shouldnt be said to be available when its not.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

This is true. I've noticed it too. There are so many entrants that late reg always closes early and never reaches the add-on stage. Under normal circumstances, the add-on should occur after the end of the last level of late reg (supposed to be between 18 and 19). but this never happens in any of these freebuys. Personally, I don't care that much about add-on since at level 19 it would only be around 5BB, but why bother having it in the first place if we can't use it anyway?

When and if ACR is running correctly it is easily my go too site.
The dealer software gives us all a fair go. Unlike Stars, where the hands are huge and the beats frequent. Stars has huge variance and has driven me away.
Hopefully soon all problems will be solved at ACR and we can all enjoy having fun.

Hi, the add-on is scheduled to be done at level 16, however, the Freebuys are being played in a very fast way, reaching money positions before that happens. If this is the case, then there is no add-on available. Our Tournaments team is implementing a few changes to the payout structure to "delay" the ITM but it will still depend on the pace of the tourney.

Ya'll know that annoying browser pop-up when you close out of the lobby?

If you have a browser window maximized on a second monitor. The pop-up fails, doesn't pop-up and doesn't bring the browser to the front.

Hi,

I have talked about this several times on live chat. When I click on "Deposit" in my account the screen goes blank. I have attached the screenshot of it. I have tried reinstalling the software, Flushing DNS, Clearing cache etc. But nothing seems to work. I use an ultrabook with high specs and windows 10 so there shouldn't be any issues with that. Does anyone else face the same problem or is it working for you guys?

Also are you allowed to participate in these tournaments if you never deposited funds into acr? I will be looking to create an ACR account as i only play on bcp but they don't have these freebuy tourneys.


Also are there ppl with bcp and acr accounts? And if so, there is no issue using the same email address connected to both accouns right? Or you need to use a different email for each of them?
