I am relatively new to ACR and have never heard of bitcoin until recently. Is bitcoin accepted by banks, if not, how does one convert it to US dollars? Thanks

If you withdraw from ACR, You need to first convert Bitcoin into USD (I use coinbase App)
Then send it to your paypal account, then to your bank. Easy once you know how to do it.

ACR and BCP

They are both the same engine but neither will install on my computer.
I have all the common others 888 party pokerstars intertops…

Downloads. Faults on install on file win ( folder not found) did not create a folder.

I manually created the folder in the proper place but the software downloads and keeps unpacking. Never stops..

uninstalled packages. Oblivious a fault in the installation package. Sent a note to support but they just suggested another attempt.

Since both packages failed I give up..

Computer updated last night, I might try again. But I do not anticipate success.

Coinbase doesn't like gambling sites and have shut down some accounts linked to gambling sites so it's best to use an intermediary wallet like Blockchain.

ACR>Blockchain>Coinbase>PayPal or your bank account.

Hi, I have escalated your feedback to the department in charge, and they have confirmed that we've suffering some sporadic disconnections due to the high traffic of players connecting at the same time, however, our tech department is currently working on it and for this coming April 29th, we will have a downtime that will fix it.

Hi, we have a troubleshooting that might help you:

Go to task bar or click on the Malwarebytes icon to access
Click on the settings icon
Go to Allow list
Click on Add, Allow a website
Click on Add URL
On the URL blank space add: americascardroom.eu
Click on Done

Now you add our website as a secure URL and you will be able to open the client while Malwarebytes is running.

Money in ACR Account went missing?!?!!?!

ACR REP - The money in my account has gone missing. I just sent an email to your support team. It shows $300 debited to the live dealer casino and $153 debited to the regular casino. I've looked everywhere and the money is just gone????

Also, it may be worth noting that immediately after I transferred the money to the casino / live dealer casino the system went down and when I tried clicking on either for several hours it said down for maintenance. They're back up now but the money is gone!

My question to AmericasCardroom, with the rise of this cryptocurrency and the number of new financial services platform or reliable wallets that exist in the market, have you not studied partnering with them to facilitate the deposit and withdrawal of real money? Current deposit systems are cumbersome, and even more so in the United States where the use of online gaming accounts is blocked. When I talk about wallets I mean strong companies like XTB, UPHOLD, ETORO, DARWINEX, ETC. If you already have direct deposits with these online companies, let me know to start playing on their page. I had one today and I had another probably 2 weeks ago. Both were a 0.01/0.02 cash game. Thankfully I wasn't in an active hand either time, but that's certainly a bit worrisome.
When you go to leave a table manually there's a confirmation message that pops up.

There was absolutely no warning in these situations. Open one instant, gone the next instant.

Yeah this happened to me 3 times this week! The site is experiencing a lot more traffic than it's used to so some things are messing up for sure!

But I hope they take note of this message because partnering with an e wallet would be huge! Like game changer easy money in and out would be fantastic! Withdrawing is slow but even depositing can be stressful like and that's us trying to give them money!
