Normally when the cashouts are canceled, you get an automatic response with the reason why it was canceled. Could you please check your spam folder? If not, please provide me your screen name, the email address registered in your account, and the cashout method you used. If its a BTC or Crypto, please send the address.

I emailed support. I had to submit documents. Not sure why cancel the request and make me wait again.

Why won't the updated software let me install ACR? The old one worked fine, but then it asked me to update and now it will no longer load.

It isn't just Russia. I'm in US and it won't work for me.
Update: after completely wiping it off my laptop and reinstalling, it worked just fine. Try deleting everything.

Hi, thanks for reaching us, allow me to provide you these very useful troubleshooting steps:


1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

I have only been credited a couple refunds but am owed a few. $16.50 $11 and since it’s been so long I am unsure whether it’s a $6.60 or or less on the other. My financial history only shows a couple refunds obv I have proof here that more of my tournaments are listed as canceled. ACR is my go to site and obv I enjoy playing but I do appreciate getting what’s owed to me.

Its not a bad poker site but there are better options.
In my opinion ACR its more for American players who wanted a U friendly
trustful site to play and its perfect for them.

However for the rest of us who play freely on almost any licenced site around would find better promos, fields and tournaments on the Top poker sites.

Hello, I ran into a problem There is a kacca account on ACR / I saw that there were free rolls on the Black chip and registered there, then when I went in and saw that the same room and tournaments I had questions. So I have a sister, can I somehow make one account on her? What would she play in one of the rooms. We have two beech laptops and all that. Well, I don’t know how to change my surname and name. And please explain why 2 small dressing rooms with different names

just got an email saying I played in these canceled events. Well after they were canceled (and not refunded) they had another tournament registration where I rebought in the tournament that went by the same name. Basically I paid twice per 1 entry. I will never pre register again. Since I played these tournaments I guess refunds are not needed for the canceled edition. Very poor customer service. It’s not about the money. It’s not a big dollar amount it’s the principle.

When did freeroll become so scarce? When I started playing the old Poker.com site had 4-5 5000 player freeroll daily. they filled in minutes. no rebuys or late registration.

I have been using acr for the past two years now and I just made a deposit, after 2-3 days I decided to withdraw the cash. Acr rejected it saying that I have generated enough "rake" saying that I have to do 10% rake. I did not use any bonus and it was a btc deposit no player sent any money to me so why is it so? It seems that ACR has a lot of issues, first is it is not regulated! It is so obvious why they are booming right now, but wait till the casinos open back up. I expect they are going to take a nose dive, they can not go a week without crashing! You wanna see someone win go watch one of their "sponsered pros"! The site is a mess, its like going to a carnival and playing any game and expecting to win the big prize. PROVE ME WRONG!
