Update as in the ITM stuff for tourneys, the prize pool being added, hand for hand. That kind of stuff. I thought I heard he did the twitch stream and mentioned this stuff was happening.

Personally, I absolutely LOVE the ACR software. It's better than the one on Stars, imo. And those x2/x3/x4/x5 multipliers are very handy for fast bet-sizing (something Stars doesn't have).

There's just one issue I have with MTTs, and that's that whenever I get moved to a new table, my 'preferred seat' is no longer taken into consideration, forcing me to go to the table options on the main menu and ok them again.

Is this something that can be fixed?

This keeps happening to me as well, you can also just right click the seat you want to be sat at and click "seat me here".

Guys,

All customer should be able to see the BitCoin option for cashouts, If you do not show BitCoin on the withdraw tab is because of the processor's restrictions. In this case, you can contact our cashout's dep at [email protected] with your request in order to try to manually push it.

Please make sure to certify your account before making the request.

This keeps happening to me as well, you can also just right click the seat you want to be sat at and click "seat me here".

I don't know if this helps but I've noticed that my preferred seat holds in 9 mans but not 6.

BB would be 40bb's

You're referring to bb meaning big blinds and BB meaning big bets but I've more commonly seen BB refer to big blinds or at least be synonymous with bb when the context is clear. For example, there's no such thing afaik of a cap limit game.

A glitch with the Mac client that seemed to have been fixed have now returned, that antes are not getting pulled into the pot in tournaments (I believe this glitch happens only on the first hand of each new level).

Also a glitch that I hadn't seen before was a certain player's hand wasn't getting tabled at showdown even though that player won the pot. First there was an all-in and I wasn't in the hand, and the player who won the pot didn't have their hand shown, at least to me. Then there was an all-in where I was in the hand, and lost to that same player, and I didn't get to see the hand. I didn't have any other similar situations on the table where there were showndowns without all-in or all-ins with other players, so I can't say exactly what the scope of the glitch is.

Also, the hand replay buttons were not doing anything, so I couldn't go look for the hand that way. I was ready to take a screenshot the next time it happened but it never came up again.

Opened up acr today because I've been hearing good things about the site. Went to deposit but my only deposit method is p2p transfer as I would rather deposit using a credit card. I called customer support and was told that my acount has "red flags" and there can't be any changes made. This makes no sense to me as I play bol and bovada just fine. The guy said he could not give me any further info.. what's up with this?

It doesn't for me, usually the first table I am at in a MTT I get put in my preferred seat, but when I get moved it puts me in a random seat. This happens in 6 and 9 max for me unfortunately.

Does anybody else have issues with the ACR client? SOmetimes I have to restart it 2 or 3 times to get it to work properly. It logs me in and all, but when I try to click on a game or on a different tab, nothing works. I have to quit and restart the client, and sometimes I have to do it more than once.

Nahh doesn't happen to me, do you have all the necessary updates through Windows Update and all that?

I just had serious glitch: timebank was activated, as it should be because I have autoactivate timebank on, but it did not activate and my hand was mucked facing and important decision on the final table of a tournament. Very frustrating.

Also, it is quite disappointing to see that the Mac client glitch of setting you to sitting out when changing tables in MTTs has as yet still had no fix. The Mac client has been out for four months now, and this is one of the most serious issues with no solution. I suggested that because this issue is such a big deal, there should be some kind of warning/notification when changing tables that you have to manually uncheck the sitting out button, because an unfamiliar player is likely to think they're being dealt out for no apparent reason. Even with my familiarity with the issue, I still miss at least a hand every time I change tables because it takes a second to uncheck the button if a hand is about to be dealt, which is inexcusable.

We are still working on this version and although we know it's been 3 or so months since we launched the beta version we are still working on it since it is very important for us to get as many Mac customers as posible.

I will send all this conversation to the manager.

The client opens, part way, then freezes. The listing of tables does not complete, and nothing happens when I click the buttons, including login.

Contacted support for both sites. ACR was not much help. On advice from BCP, I un-installed, made sure Flash and Java are updated, and re-installed the client.
No difference. The client freezes while loading.

I wasn't particularly bothered, until now that I see there is a buy-in game at ACR. Would really like to play it, but cannot get the client to load.

In order for our programmers to review the situation and locate the problem, we kindly ask if you can please send us the following information:

- Date and time of the issue
- A screenshot of the situation
- Copy of your .log files

In order to retrieve the .log files, we have included step by step instructions on how to do so:

1. Click on the Windows "Start" button
2. Double click on "Computer"
3. Look for your Local Disk (C: ) and double click on it
4. Double click on the folder named Americas Cardroom
5. From the list of files, you will see several that have a day and time on them; these are the .log files. You can right click on them and select Properties to verify that the "Type of File" is .log
6. Click once on the first file, hold the "Shift" key and click once on the last file
7. Right click anywhere on the highlighted section and select "Copy"
8. On that same window, on the menu to the left look for "Desktop" and click on it
9. Right click on the window, click on "New", select "Folder", enter a name for it and double click to open the folder
10. Right click on the new folder window, select "Paste"; the .log files will then be copied to this new file.

Our programmers will help us with this information to review the case and proceed accordingly.
