Best poker site?

Without any doubt Winamax and Intertops.

Both these poker sites offer a great range of tournaments with a longer structure which makes it easier to get a good placement as you can actually wait for the right spot to make the best out of the cards you get.

My favorites are GGPoker because it offers many games that are not found in other rooms such as Flip & Go where just by winning a hand you can enter prizes and Bodog for the freeroll tournaments they offer

by far my fav poker room is pokerstars, although this is where i get the most bad beats i like the experience there and also persons tend to underate players there more often its a place to be able to grow

I like the different rooms for different reasons.

Partypoker seems to have more deepstach tourneys.
Pokerstars is the slickest, and where more poeple play, including more of my friends, so its better for homegames.
GG and, especially at the moment, 888, are way better for rewards and freerolls for when I just want quick free game.

You are asking as if there are few other sites that accept players from the USA, there are rooms with online 100 thousand, I think there is definitely someone from the USA, go there.

I alwys liked poker stars but I can no longer go from my state NY , so I have to play wherever I can.

I have only ever played on poker stars i just signed up and stuck with it but seems to be a lot of people favouring 888 so i might give that a try, pokerstars is good but there are less and less freerolls over the years,I remember going back around ten years ago they used to have a freeroll league based event nightly over a month where there was decent prize money for the winner but it is purely cash based with them now so might make a change to 888.

Should I try a different site

I've only played on Pokerstars since I've started playing online a year ago. I love it so far, It's a fantastic site, graphics, easy to use, and offers a variety of games. Am I missing out on what other sites have to offer??

If you answer your question according to your criteria - definitely Stars. But it's more comfortable to play at 888.

I’ve posted a few times in the past about sticking to sites that won’t leave you hanging or xxxx you around when it comes time for withdrawals. I joke about then being first world sites, but it’s the truth. If I can’t easily get a hold of CS (or on some cases it don’t exist on some bush league sites).....why would I ever depo $$$$$?

But it hasn’t stopped some from diving into shallow waters head first.

Stars, Party, a drop off of some distance before I’d get to 888, and beyond that? I wouldn’t deposit at any other sites even if you offered me money to do so.

Customer service. A wide variety of games at a bunch of different times (I’m in the Pacific time zone and the sites I’ve listed have lots of offerings that suit my schedule). The quick and easy withdrawals. The ability to depo with a visa Debit card. Not interested in scams like NetTeller and MuchBetter.

I don’t GAF if Stars doesn’t have a lot of Freerolls as I don’t book my life around the 3 or 4 CC rolls that I actually could get a PW for.

And the ability to contact any of the three sites I’ve listed in the event of any issue.

I’d really love to hear why 3 sites that I’ve barely heard of would be in your top 5. At least you didn’t say Intertops or I’d know you’re not actually being serious.

Today I got a terrible conection from poker stars. I lost $10 due to lost conection. When I come back I just had something like 1BB.

ACR network is the best for me. Really love their software, it just feels so cozy out there ... Unlike most other poker rooms, ugly buttons, stupid sounds and stuff ... And ACR its just the best. Many tournaments, freerolls, bomb pots and stuff, really much more fun then any other room.

Well the poker star is and for a long time it will still be the best site ever. but I see some disadvantages in it that are:

1- Many professional players, do not have space for recreational players.

2 - Micro tournament grid is too small compared to the past. now basically we only have MTT micro satellites.


I am currently testing ACR and GGpoker as the freerroll here at CardChat and for now I am finding it perfect.

I think the best software is pokerstars. Easy to deposit and withdraw. Lot of freerolls, challenges and rewards
