ACR has a decent number of freeroll tournaments throughout the day, as well as some you can find under the "private" tab.

They private ones have passwords, but you can figure out where to get them with a minimal amount of work.

let's discuss this question what is the best poker site for beginners today on the scene? come leave your opinion or experience

I think beginners should want pokersites with many freerolls and low buy-in cash tables and tournaments.

Beginners should also want a large player pool so you are not just playing the same players over and over.

Just so you know - there are also pokersites where everybody is anonymous - so HUDs don't help the professional.

For beginners? Why not ReplayPoker? Open to all. Cardschat has a few leagues/special evens running there.

This, and for the benefit of actual beginners and novices who might find this thread, I'll try to offer some further advice. As has been touched on above, it would be helpful if people made it clear if they are true beginners or moving into micro-stakes as they are two different scenarios.

When I use the term beginner I use it in a literal sense as I had never played a hand of poker before learning with play chips on line. I can thank PokerStars for that initial opportunity. Then after some time, I joined Replay Poker and that opened up a whole new universe in terms of offering as broad a spectrum of play as the major poker sites.

When learning on PokerStars I actually caught the very tail end of them offering a free roll promotion where they ran virtually around the clock for a short period, close to a month...then they evaporated. So I then switched to Unibet who still offered a number of open free rolls.

I was still learning the game but now making some cashes and finding my feet. Eventually I found my way to Cards Chat and that opened up a whole new world where building a bankroll was a credible idea via the numerous free rolls available.

So again, for the benefit of actual beginners the recommendation would be to practice at the likes of Replay poker and whilst taking advantage of all that is available at Cards Chat before graduating to micro stakes.

the best thing you can do when you are just starting in the world of poker is to study the game a little and then play a lot and learn from your mistakes, and responding to this forum, the best poker site now could be 888poker and ggpoker, I think these two rooms are the ones that make more freeroll and you can make money and grow your bankroll, now well, to grow in poker not only depends on the room but you study the game well to win in the long term.

I would have to say ACR play the free rolls and they a lot of micro tourneys. the down fall they used to have a lot of free rolls when they reformatted the ACR site they got rid of the 10 dollars free rolls and they have now 50 dollar free rolls which is nice it pays out more than 10 spots. i don't know any thing about 888 because where i live i'm not able to paly

ACR is nice for high tournament guaranteeds and cash games. Ignition has an awesome $2,500 freeroll every thursday, but you have to gamble long enough on the site to achieve Chrome level and then you can join the freeroll. It wasnt too bad earning chrome level for me personally, especially if you play casino games.

Personally I started playing Poker for points on a games site, no money involved, so nothing really at risk, but when I heard of Pokerstars and how you could play for Free! I thought I would try them out, That was around twenty years ago, I built up a small bankroll of around $50 Dollars and really got stuck, not moving one way or another, so I tried a few more sites and fell in love with PKR.com and the software they used.
Again I built a small bankroll of around $150 Dollars and thought "Hey can I do this again?" so I tried a few more sites, and sure enough I did, I managed to build small bankrolls from Free-roll games an several sites, some were suspended like "Full Tilt" came under investigation over money laundering claims, and PKR actually went broke and into the hands of the administrators. so I started to withdraw my winnings from some of the site's that I had a decent Bankroll with and had stopped playing with.
Eventually I returned to Pokerstars and over the last two years, with the help of them refunding my money from the PKR site I have increased my bankroll to over $570 Dollars.
I rarely played On-line and only ever played for fun, and the practice it gave me, so that I could play Live games in Pubs, Clubs, and casinos for real money buy-in games, but with the Pandemic shutting me down, I was forced to return to On-line games.
I returned to on-line Poker and my Pokerstars account as that was the only way I could get my "Poker Fix" and yes! I will admit I am addicted to playing Poker, it is a game that you really have to concentrate on, and it keeps the old grey matter working.
At 66, I feel I am too old to win a World series, or any other huge title but I can still enjoy a game I get great pleasure from. some like Fishing or Golf, for me Poker is my passion, and although I win a little money from the game, it is the pure pleasure of playing that drives me.
My advice to anyone wanting to start playing Poker would be Join Cardschat, find a site that you are able to play free-rolls on, and go from there, if you are any good the money will come, if you are not so good then you are not losing anything, only your time.
Poker is not a game I want to make a living from, I have worked hard over the last 50 years and provided for my family, and built up a decent pension for my retirement, now I just want to spend my days playing a game I enjoy, for the fun it gives me.

When the fun Stops, STOP!

888 or acr are good places to start playing poker, most players will be inexperienced on the subject like you and it will make it easier for you to play while you learn also that they have special offers that you can take advantage of and not be losing so much money, they are safe places and with many novice players in addition to having many ways to withdraw and deposit whenever you want and need, Good luck at the tables hopefully we will see you at any of these tables to help you a little, Greetings

I think GG poker is the best choice for beginners. There is a promotion there and if you authenticated your account, you will get a reward every day. These rewards are tournament tickets and sit & go.
For beginners, I think it's the perfect option for building bankroll for free (except CC freerolls) :)
