I have not got the $10K Neptune tickets for today game. It is going to start in 6 hours.
I did complete 2 challenges on 25th and 28th by placing $5 on Casino and $5 in Sports and got 4 $2K Venus tickets.
I did talk to about this on Live chat but the executive told me "your free bet on 28th do not qualify."

I went to Terms and Conditions thrice on this link--

I could not find that Free sports bet do not qualify.

Kindly ask your executives to not give false info.

So the banner is working on the mobile app but it still won't give me the spin. Says not recognized but I can still play poker just can't spin. Annoying.

CC free roll disappeared on 888.


A couple of months ago the CC freeroll on 888 vanished.

I am not able to see the freeroll on my poker client on the laptop.

Last week I found out that the freeroll was visible on my ipad and I tried to lock on.

But i received a message from 888 that i was not allowed to register to the CC freeroll.

The question is why I am banned from CC freerolls on 888??
