I too have (again) not been able to login.. just like before
All of the 'free tickets'... the ones I've won or earned (I think I have 27 of them on there now) I have not been able to use them. Same goes with the $10k freeroll awarded due to connection problems.

I don't care about the freerolls. I just want to play! ... & again I can't.

fwiw, as you know, this isn't just a disconnection problem.. this is something much bigger. I'm talking about not being able to login for 48hrs at a time.

One member (orsino) mentioned that they'd noticed they were able to login later in the day (Pacific Time zone) when it is the middle of the night in European time zones. This has it sounding like there's a problem with the site being able to handle the huge increase in player numbers this past few weeks due to coronavirus. If this is indeed the issue, wouldn't the tech dept. be able to give some sort of timeline on a fix?

I don't expect you yourself to be able to fix these problems (obviously) but I think it's important that you're made aware of them. From reading your post above it sounds like you might not be. (although previously it seemed you were). I've also noticed on 2p2 there are a large number of people complaining about the issue as well.

I sure would love to be able to play on 888 today. I was able to play on it last night (Later in the day) for a short while. It just made me want to be able to play on it some more (ie. like set up a schedule for myself where I can arrange my time in advance, with expectations of playing in a few tournaments on 888... as it is now, I can only guess... and I don't even dream of playing MTT's... it's try to log in... then hop on a cash table for awhile... then try again later).

Just curious but can you give me some details.

I find it strange how when you are playing in a tourney on 888 you can be re-seated in an instant, with no warning; message, sound, or even animation, like a side wipe or something...

Blink and you miss it, and if not paying attention you can be mislead, after getting a read on a certain player, not realizing they aren't the same person anymore.

In my experience they take 3-5 days to reply to serious matters. just keep hounding them and they will know you aren't a bot. Unless the BOTS are on to this ploy ? LOL .

In some pretty decent sized tournaments and being disconnected in big spots has me right choked ,cost me hundreds these past few weeks ,a 10k freeroll with 15000 people that is 3 minute blinds is not even remotely in the realm of restitution of any kind seeing as even in that push fest setup i couldnt log in until 2/3 of my chips were gone to add to the insane frustration levels of the now 3 weeks this has been going on . One specific situation tops all the others because i had a serious shot to go super deep 3 hours in 33 buy in i have a straight it wont let me act i would have been in third friggin place late reg just ending logged out for a solid 20 minutes before i could return and of course at that blind levels and the monster i missed on it wrecked hours of work . Numerous heads up battles on various buy ins ive been disconnected and blinded out and its as if noone is watching game play and trying to make anything right running a small freeroll with 18000 entrants allowed and 3 minute blinds as a payback is absurd to think that even scratches the surface . Weeks later including today it is still going on ... tome if all players are not receiving the EXACTLY THE SAME EXPERIENCE NO ANYTHING SHOULD BE RUNNING UNTIL THAT IS THE CASE ,its embarrassing or surely should be 888

Not to mention running the sportsbook freeroll by earning tickets through live betting situation i earned one each day it ran and used one each day ,yet was left with 5 tickets there were no tournaments for and it magically disappeared ,noway a promotion should keep going as if to take in more money when there was not the matching days to even use the tickets up ...that just isnt right ,let alone the connections issues were going on in those too

Hello. I play on 888 from a mobile phone, problems constantly arise, throws me out of the game. One gets the feeling that my provider is creating locks. I'm from Russia, can this affect the game? Installed on a computer, the same thing happens. I want to say that this does not happen at pokerstar. And on 888 there is constantly interference at the tables, the application does not work stably, or this is my provider, since I'm from Russia

Nomahoners hasnt been able to log on for 48 hrs or so. I got up at 4:30 am pdt today to try and beat the rush. Even uninstalled after an unsuccessful 1st, 2nd and 3rd attempt. No luck. Uninstalled yesterday too. Got in on my phone though. Can register for tournies on the phone but cant play. I have a small phone. I havent tried on the kids ipads mind you. Maybe thats my short term solution. Happy easter.

We have been having some disconnection issues the past 2 weeks but it seems to be ok now.

Not sure what device you are using but the site has been working fine all day and still is.

It has been spotty today. I got in right away in the morning, but it took a few tries later on.
I just tried several times to log in now and can't get in.
No urgency, yet, still 90 minutes until the next Hand of the day challenge begins.

Overall not too bad today. A couple of times it took several attempts, but I always managed to get in in time for the games I had planned today.
