I don’t know who might like it, but this application definitely needs to be finalized. In addition to the iphone, there are other phones, you need to test on others.

I am sorry to bother you again but I have some real problems.

1- The Cash back issue has resolved.

2- The Scratchcard issue has resolved.

Here comes the new 3rd one a strange one from 888sport.

I placed a $10 bet on Table tennis as per the real data shown by 888sport.
The data was wrong and the bet was a loss but as the data was supplied by 888 sport so resulted in a wrong lost bet. The coupon Id is 2544184573.


The Screenshot is attached.

Guys - I keep seeing the same issue over and over again in these poker site rep threads.

People taking their frustrations out on the reps for things beyond their control like site speed, connection issues, etc.

The reps are here to help you with support issues. They are providing our members with an extended service by being available here to help facilitate support issues you may have. But all too often I see them become the whipping boy (or girl) for people's lack of patience and/or frustration for things beyond the Reps' control (this goes for our other rep threads too). And all the while they stay gracious and helpful to everyone through the abuse. STOP IT. They are doing the best they can with what's available to them. They don't hold the "keys to the kingdom" or have control over any software issues, etc.

I like to think (and I know) that on the whole the CardsChat community is well over and above the best and friendliest community out there. Let's show that example to the Rep's who take the time to offer us extra help.

The site has been and still is working fine and you are the only post on all the forums complaining of a disconnection issue.
Maybe try a quick reinstallation to see if that clears up your issue.

Help please

As there are 888 reps here who look like they are willing to help people I would be most grateful if you may help me please. Yesterday I received the following email to which I replied but have not heard from 888 beyond automatic replies, I did try the helpline but that is not in use currently. I can assure you I am a "for fun" player and have no idea how to use AI nor would I:

Unfortunately that is incorrect ^

I too have (again) not been able to login.. just like before :(
All of the 'free tickets'... the ones I've won or earned (I think I have 27 of them on there now) I have not been able to use them. Same goes with the $10k freeroll awarded due to connection problems.

I don't care about the freerolls. I just want to play! ... & again I can't. :(

fwiw, as you know, this isn't just a disconnection problem.. this is something much bigger. I'm talking about not being able to login for 48hrs at a time.

One member (orsino) mentioned that they'd noticed they were able to login later in the day (Pacific Time zone) when it is the middle of the night in European time zones. This has it sounding like there's a problem with the site being able to handle the huge increase in player numbers this past few weeks due to coronavirus. If this is indeed the issue, wouldn't the tech dept. be able to give some sort of timeline on a fix?

I don't expect you yourself to be able to fix these problems (obviously) but I think it's important that you're made aware of them. From reading your post above it sounds like you might not be. (although previously it seemed you were). I've also noticed on 2p2 there are a large number of people complaining about the issue as well.

I sure would love to be able to play on 888 today. I was able to play on it last night (Later in the day) for a short while. It just made me want to be able to play on it some more (ie. like set up a schedule for myself where I can arrange my time in advance, with expectations of playing in a few tournaments on 888... as it is now, I can only guess... and I don't even dream of playing MTT's... it's try to log in... then hop on a cash table for awhile... then try again later).

Perhaps I could keep a log of my log in attempts. This way we could see if what 'orsino' has mentioned is in fact what is happening.
Maybe once on the hour (when I'm at my computer... hmm... I can see this isn't going to be that simple, lol).

Here's what we get when we try to log in. (new computer, fresh download.. 600 Mbps internet speed)... all other sites working at 100%. I even attempt to open 888 first.... mostly because it's my first choice for where I'd 'hope' to play...
