bonus for new players

I registered, but did not receive the welcome bonus, and also spun the wheel rally 1 time I got a ticket for Storm (8000000), as a result, there is no ticket either, no one answers the letter. name novikov78dad

Would it be possible to do something that you could have a look at the hands when you loose a tourney going all in? I had 66-77 and I had time to see the other guy had AA, but to me it seemed he did not have anything more than that. Also, earlier I lost with 888 going all in and what I had time to see was that both other guys had just high cards but no hand really. It would be SO NICE to be able to see what you lost to but the system just brings the banner telling what your position was in the tournament and you can't review hands or anything, unless you rebuy of course.

I am playing with browser client because the windows client works only right after I install it and I am too lazy to re-install the client every time I want to play.

In the downloaded version you can check your game history but that feature may not be available in the browser version.

What did you send me? The letter at registration 09/29/2020 says that within 72 hours they will check the right to the registration bonus, and there is no ticket for the storm either.

Hi 888Rep,

I'm just raising this concern I suppose more for others to be aware. Perhaps they already are!

I received a notification when I logged into the client informing me I had won a scratch card, Happy days I thought, when I scratched it I won $25 casino free play!

So I hopped onto the Casino to use it and won back some $15 or so.. at the end of the free play I was prompted to continue playing with real money, that's fine I thought ill continue with money I won.

Unfortunately I didn't know until I returned to the poker client that my Balance had also been used first to play in the casino games before dipping in to the bonus credit I had won with the free play.

I suppose this isn't really a complaint but put a dampener on my day because of it.

To be fair, they did send out quite a lot of explicit emails a few months ago saying how bonus funds would be changed so bonus funds would be used before real money.

I agree it would be good if they still had a more prominent warning message every time you're awarded a ticket/freeplay.

That would only apply to people who were active during that time, as I don't have these "explicit emails". I can only assume it was while I was still on hiatus. As such I was not aware of such emails!

My account balance is currently 50% cash Balance and 50% bonus balance. How exactly do I use or withdraw my bonus balance? My understanding of the T&Cs is I must spend 2.5x the amount In casino fees in order to use it. And withdrawing my cash balance means I lose my bonus. Is this correct?

When you are making a withdrawal you will be told what bonus you will lose if any.

I don't know whether this decision is taken because of legal perspective or business issues but as the company has made its mind, I am honouring it.

I am attached to 888 since 14th August 2015 and these 5+ years have been a great experience for me as a player on 888. Honestly, I am very sad to know this decision. I do not know where will I get such a gaming experience???
A bond has been established between me and 888 poker and now the time has come to say Adieu to it.

I know, in the end everything gets away whether it is life or 888 poker. Being a human we should accept it.

May 888 bloom in its operations in future.

your bonus is basically useless since you can only use it when your account is empty. they changed their bonus terms some time ago.

I won a 10 cent ticket from a tourney called Step 1 to major tournaments and the following sentence in the lobby tournament description: The winner(s) will receive a tournament ticket that can be used in any $0.10 tournament. Well I did receive a ticket but when I am trying to register to $100 Guaranteed Turpo Deep R&A" I get the nag window about not having enough funds. My 888 account is currently totally broke, this ticket is my only asset there and even the ticket doesn't seem to work. Or could it be that despite of the what was said about the ticket you can not joined to this tournament with that ticket?

I got a message, that 888 in Germany will be moved to 888.de and read, that all club levels will be removed and we need to start again. I am really disappointed about it, because I recently achieved level 80. The gold tokens will be transfered and the money as well.
Therefore, is my question, why is this not possible also with the club levels?
