The same thing happened to me than before:

I have a ticket to 250 Level up tournament but when I try to register I get "You don't have tickets to this tournament." Last time it got fixed but the problem seems to be back.

Is there a way to review hands of a tournament? I just dropped from some kind of 1c sub satellite for Big Fish $33 few minutes ago. I was all in against another player and I had a flush of hearts with A high. When the hands were viewed I just saw he had 2 off suite cards both below 10, but did not have time to see what his hand was before I got some kind of pop-up that said error something. When I closed that I saw an empty table for couple of seconds and after that I was in the tournament list. I was playing with mobile client (android) and had absolutely no issues during the whole tournament. It would be nice to know what to which hand I lost. I guess full house is the only option because he was off suite with so low cards and I had the only ace visible. Can't be 4 of kind neither straight flush. Unless I was out because of that error ofcourse.

When they send you your ticket it will be in your challenges tab in the poker lobby.
You should try and experiment the tabs in the poker lobby and settings to see what you can do and maybe change if you want to.

Do you know what's happened to a few tournaments? There are a bunch of third party freerolls (not CardsChat, don't think I'm eligible for 888 CC tournies anyway) but SuperMillions Blast/Main Event aren't showing up nor are any BankrollMob tournaments. I can send a screenshot if you'd like?

Maybe you should try a reinstall of the poker client to see if that clears up the issues.

Hi i sent an email on 888 support , but I didn't get any answer.
My account has been suspended for a long time . When I'm trying to log into my account i got the next message : Your account has been temporarily suspended contact support immediately .
I sent them an email at [email protected] , i got an auto-response email and i was told to wait 48h , that was on 15 of july .
What should I do ?

Update from 7 august when i gave u my nickname on 888 ( OMGitsTrue )
I've got an email from them after 2 days requesting me some documents , i sent them the documents , but since then I didn't recieve any update from them .
I think I'm gona stop trying .
The 888 support is terrible waiting for months just to get an email and then no response , I'm wondering what will happen if I'm making a cash out .

Not all countries are allowed to play at 888 due to local regulations.

My ID verification took about 1 week. This was pre-pandemic though.

They asked to verify my ID after I made a cashout request of $800. I had made many smaller cashout requests prior to that without verification.

"
P.S. If you treat users that way, what kind of trust can there be in you, how can you trust money and distribution at the table

Unaware of the link with casino and poker

Hi 888Rep,

I'm just raising this concern I suppose more for others to be aware. Perhaps they already are!

I received a notification when I logged into the client informing me I had won a scratch card, Happy days I thought, when I scratched it I won $25 casino free play!

So I hopped onto the Casino to use it and won back some $15 or so.. at the end of the free play I was prompted to continue playing with real money, that's fine I thought ill continue with money I won.

Unfortunately I didn't know until I returned to the poker client that my Balance had also been used first to play in the casino games before dipping in to the bonus credit I had won with the free play.

I suppose this isn't really a complaint but put a dampener on my day because of it.

I have inquired about this before, apparently they contact you when "you" qualify for it and they cant give out info on how to qualify for it!

I have in my "Tournament tickets view" a ticket that says the following:


$5.50 Tournament Value: $5.5 Expires in 4 days

Is it good to participate in ANY tournament that has a 5.50 buyin or just the ones that appear below it in the Tournament tickets list? Not all 5.50 buyin tournaments appear there.

I also have a ticket that appears as follows:


Twitter Freeroll Free ticket Expires in 8 days currently no available tournaments

I received it long time ago (I believe in the beiginning it said Expires in 90 days, could it be? Several weeks anyway.) When I received it the same day there was a tournament that appeared below t but ever since it has said "currently no available tournaments". Is that like it should be or is there a some kind of glitch?
