I predicted the 8 footiegames correct so won 747 dollar I think it was.

That was the nice part.

I then made a withdrawal request for 700 dollars on the 20th. See screenshot

A while ago my mate that I play with sometimes gave me a tenner credit from his prepaid credit card. This triggered something in the system and support asked me to upload a pic of the card and everything and transaction reports.

Which was already a pain in the ass cause they could clearly see it was a temporary card as that was also the name added as name. Anyway my friend provides it, then then want another transaction report. Also done.

Then all of a sudden as you can see roughly 80 dollars gets transferred. I get a mail on the 23th that my account is now verified again.

So I think nice rest of the money will come shortly. Which obviously didn't happen so ask them in the mail traffic I had with support twice, no response... Asked live chat they say takes 72 hours.. we started the withdrawal on the 20th a portion is already paid out. What's the delay of sending the rest.. tomorrow is Friday but have a feeling no that if I don't try something it will be lifted over the weekend to my much better account and then takes another couple days to arrive in bank..

So would be kindly appreciated if you could ask the team wtf is with the delay and be so kind to just release the money tomorrow..which then already took way longer then it should.

I got home to find 6 new Speedslide tickets and just to make sure I did a challenge and got credit for it...

I got home to find 6 new Speedslide tickets and just to make sure I did a challenge and got credit for it...

For anyone else having issues with the Splash promotion, once you contact support they will verify that your account has the promotion activated on it. Once that happens it is up to you to keep records of what challenges you completed in the past and when they were completed, if you want to have them add those tickets/credits to your account that are missing..

I used to occasionally win $16 and $5.5 MTT tickets for the Big Fish series in the past. Now I am on a stretch of many months of getting the freeroll ticket or $0.1 blast. Once in a while I may get a free bet or a casino Freeplay.
