Played a few tournaments today on 888 for the first time in awhile. First thing I noticed >>>> You can't see villain's cards at showdown when you win a pot. (villain's cards are not displayed in the Hand History Replayer). This sucks!

quick question about tickets from Triple threat $55 tournament.
I got ITM last weekend, but still didn't receive my tickets for this weekend.
My UID: bosanchero on 888
I am supposed to get 3 Tickets for this weekend, according to the info in login screen, but still didn't receive any, even after 72 hrs, like stated in that logon screen.

I registered on 888 two years ago. And I had constant problems with the software of this room. He constantly hung up, crashed, images were lost. It was not possible to play, there were always some problems. Yesterday I returned to 888 again, this room has radically changed for the better in 2 years. It has become convenient and pleasant to play, the old errors of the site seem to have disappeared. I no longer remember my old account and created a new one. I took part yesterday in the tournament for 100 & and won 22 cents. This morning I can not enter the room, temporarily blocked. They asked me to send a photo of my passport. I sent my passport and driver's license. They replied that they would send an answer in 72 hours. Now I sit and wait, I can’t play until they let me.

they will not let you play with 2 accounts, even if you have/had one before.
You need to explain that you don't remember your account, or pw, or such, and let them help you with to activate ONLY one account.
But, you have to wait, they are not fast to answer.
I am guessing it will take them up to 5-7 business days to sort out your issue.

I dont know also, why 888 Poker made this change recently. Its similar to live poker, but online it has always been a tradition, that hands, that goes to showdown, are actually shown.

unfortunately i did not receive the 1000 $ freeroll ticket for the sports bet today. Is this a temporary Glitch? I made 2 times a 10 cent bet but did not receive nothing.

FYI
It is called the Triple Treat because the requirement to be eligible for the 3 free tickets is to be in the money in all 3 triple threat tournaments of that Sunday.
Being in the money in one of these games does not qualify.

Hmm im not the only one.yesterdays tournament only had around 900 runners. Normally there Is over 1500...

Edit: looks like the ticket is now in my account.

Sometimes it can take up to 3 days to be credited.

I've won over 10 hands with an 8 and no tickets yet and have received no tickets.

The same thing happened with the last promotion. 888 released the promotion but only a few players had access to it initially, whereas after a few days/a week other players also had their accounts "activated" for the promotion. I suspect the same thing is happening here.

Yup, several promotions in a row now where the challenges don't work for me when the promotions start, always takes a week or 2.

I did both the tournament and casino challenges (multiple times for the casino challenge) and no tickets

The new promo is not working rep. Its not showing under challenges and i do not receive tickets, i played both today and yesterday poker for more than 5 Dollars buy in but did not receive any tickets. For other players its the same as i read on 2+2 (or here?)

Do people actually join the site because of some boxer playing on there? Honestly this seems like something that may have worked back in pre 2010 days, when sites like Fulltilt had a bunch of UFC players on the site but the thing is... you could join tables and be able to sit with those players. Is Chris going to be playing the $10 mtt I go in on Saturday? And if he does, will I care? (will anyone care?)

Why not work on improving the offerings on the site to attract more players instead? ie. when you run and advertise a promo on your site, at least have the software set up so that customers can actually opt-in. Today I see some new promo that has supposedly been running since the start of the year...but I only noticed it now... and then I went and wasted 15mins. trying to sign up for something I can't even sign up for.

Also, how do Canadians bet on Sports on 888? I don't seem to be able to bring up a web page for 888 (when I attempt to and send me to a 888.ca page instead, where I can't log in ).

Some countries are not offered the Sports option due to their countries regulations so we only offer what we are allowed to offer.

You have to allow up to 72 hours to recieve the tickets and it clearly states this in the terms.
