Some days ago u guys introduced the new winner spinner. I get one spin every 24 hours but some member here tod me they get one spin every 6 hours.

Why do sone people get the spin more often than others? Please explain this in detail.

888 asks me to verify my account every month, I have been a customer for 10 years and have verified my account several times.

The problem is that I sent the double-sided identity card and my account statement 2 weeks ago and my request has not yet been processed.

I think it depends on which country you are located in. I used the MuchBetter wallet there, but they are now gone so I have to switch to another solution.

I talked to customer support live and they seem to accept visa cards from Revolut so I will try that.

I made a deposit using a friend's credit card a few days ago, and my account was restricted and I received an email asking for a picture of the credit card used and my friends ID. I've sent the required documents and received an email from the operations team confirming the receipt and processing of my documents, but my account is still restricted. What was the point of sending all of those documents then?
