So, why I did not reveived a ticket when I had climbed up to level :

21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28

But I got my ticket when I climbed up to level 29....

Very strange....

Do staff member have authority to froze my acc cause i was swearing while making conversation by mail with him?
I was so frustrated cause had feeling he didnt bother to read my first message and all he did was repeating same answer to my issue which didnt make any sense to my problem.
After 5 mins of me sending him insult... connection to 888 was disconnected and i couldnt play poker tournament which i registered for,btw issue was about sports betting...Zeru I. was most useless CS i had ever chance to speak of with. He just repeat last message of previous guy witch i had conversation about issue day before and that guy too...he also has strange requests. He wanted me to give him specific numerics of bets which failed to be accepted during lag which is not by my side... i have 4ms ping internet connection, using latest browser versions... not much money about 40$ and such careless dont do good for 888 rep. Im member since 2013 but after this... i doubt im going to play there.

It means they expire tomorrow (July 24) as the promo ends on that date.

Expires in a day = Expires in 1 day.
