Both Avira and Mcafee Blocked 888 app in my PC today. They detected the tr/bagle.zip virus. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software and the issue continued. What can I do?

Some anti viruses do this but it's completely safe to use.

They blocked 1k on my account,they don't respond for my emails almost 6 months. I don't know what is going on - but looks like they want to grab my money...

As I can see in this forum, it seems a recurrent problem that 888 just won't let players cash out. That is a SERIOUS problem. I'm getting really worried by now.

I can't write notes on other players.. I heard some other ppl say that you just minimize the screen a bit and it works for them but not for me??? ?

Hi. Its a known problem. U have to click exactly a bit above the name. Sometimes it just does not work. Big or small screen, for me its the same.

For me it's usually just the player at the top of the table. What works for me is to try to put a note on them in the Hand replayer... also another member informed me, Try to click on their avatar's neck region. (sometimes this will open it).

It is quite questionable when antivirus programs advise and warn against use!

I was about to download the 888 software too and got a warning that a virus/malware was found!

A few anti viruses flag this but there are no issues with the software but it's your choice.

Is there any way to remove old freeroll tournament tickets from the My Rewards | Tournament Tickets pane? I've got a Winner Spinner Freeroll ticket that's been showing status "In use" since forever. I'd dearly love to clean it up.

How do we know how many challenges we've completed? I don't see anywhere on the 888Poker site that tells me how close I am to completing the 30 challenges (yes I can see when I'm getting them in real time or on daily basis) but where does it show the total # of challenges I've completed?

I have problems playing 888poker for more than a week, I can't get into the software, nor can I play through the browser.

First the pc was damaged with a windows update and you have to format the pc. Then install the software again. And I can't get in, I thought it was the firewall and I allowed it and nothing doesn't load the Software.

I downloaded it, everything was installed normally, but it never opens. I need help to be able to play again. I don't know what to do anymore.
