I heard back from customer support and they said:

We have checked your Game History for the last days but could not find any discrepancies.

We therefore ask you kindly to check your Game History and provide us the exact time date range of the incident.

I sent a reply with a full timeline of my play right up until the game where it happened with tournament ID's. I look forward to the reply, it should be easy enough to see what my balance was before and after that 1 BLAST game.


It's only $1 and if I wasn't 100% positive of my balance and the sequence of events I wouldn't have even mentioned it, but I am absolutely certain. When the spin came up $5 I actually made a mental note that winning it would put me over the $70 mark.

I got another reply and it makes 0 sense.
Here is what I got:

After reviewing your account in reference to your exact game history info, I see that your bankroll did in fact reach $70 as at the point of the end of the last tournament, it was at $71.04.

As this is the case, we see no discrepancy in your bankroll and can offer no compensation for the issue.

Should you require any further assistance with this matter Douglas, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Here's my reply:

Umm, after that tourney my balance showed as $69.78.
First, it should have been $70.78, not $71.04

Since I finished that game I have only played a few freerolls in which I have currently built my balance up to $70.98.
Even with that I am still below the $71.04 you mention despite not playing any games with a cash entry or ring games or ZOOM.
Right now the math is definitely off. I don't really care about the $1, but the discrepancy is troubling.

I have no idea where they got $71.04 from, it's higher than what it should be, but in any event even winning $1.20 in freerolls today I'm only showing a balance of $70.98 which is lower than the number they said I had and I have not played any games with a cash entry since that game so there is a serious math discrepancy that the response I got is making even more puzzling.

As I said, I'm not going to sweat $1, but I'm finding that math discrepancy very disturbing, especially since the most recent reply that definitely is out of touch with what my account shows. The figure of $71.04 just blows my mind in that it is so clearly false, I just can't see where that came from, especially since I'm still under that despite winning additional money.

Thanks, but they are no help. I've been emailing them for a week. First they said they couldn't find the hands even though I gave screenshots with the hand IDs. Now they said that I have been playing tournaments instead of cash games.

I did a review of your game history and your screen shot which shows that you're playing snap tournaments and not snap cash games. Unfortunately snap tournaments are not eligible to take part in Hand of the day promotion.

Since when do tournaments have blinds of 1 cent/2 cent? And what tournament can players have $2.18 or 86 cents or $1.03. How could this be a tournament?

I have two problems , when having multiple rooms running , 888 doesn't pops up, also pressing enter sometimes will minraise and other times won't.

Now before I started yesterday, I played with settings on couple of cashtables and it seemed both fine, I could press enter without minraising and also , when it was my turn to act, the table where action was came in front.

Now after, I started my MTT session and regged 3 games also started regging some other poker platforms and it seems somehow , 888 tables didn't pop up again. Causing timeouts which is really annoying. I actually had no problem using enter this time.

Please help I want to add couple of 888 MTT defenitely in my schedule if playing, only I need to be sure it works fine.

Firstly have you got POP UP THE GAME WINDOW ticked.
Also have you got the focus set to CHAT otherwise if it's ticked to set the focus on the BETTING BOX it will raise the pot each time you click on enter.

So after 2 years of not playing poker and while I main PS i decided to see how you guys were and chose to muck around and see if I could grind out the micros with the 88 dollar thing you got going, to my suprise though after having 86 cents on the account the whole account balance has been wiped clean and while I do have 3 tickets I have 0 faith in your service considering I have also sent an email to have no response, while its petty cause the amount I lost was **** all and was charity from you guys its besides the point. What if I had more money sitting in there?

On a side note it wouldn't kill you considering how long you been around to make your software abit more easier on the eye, I felt if I played a 8 hour tournament I would probably go blind from the eyesore I had endured from my limited time there

It can take up to 72 hours for a reply to your emails and best to give them a call and they will look into it straight away.

I would not recommend opening a new account until you check with support.
They can tell by the email address that you used to open the account so I would advise you to give them a quick phone call and they will advise you further.
