Highly doubt that this is a general problem and player numbers are decreasing because of that. So far u are the only one who posted about it. Me I did the update yesterday on a 3 year old laptop and everything went fine.

Deinstall and reinstall probably the way to go.

Did you try playing on the web version?

Tried to log-in few days ago but out of nowhere received message that my account is temporary disabled. Support page I'm getting redirected does not work, nor I can find live chat button. Assistance would be appreciated

Hello! I've made a deposit of 100USD, it went to a bonus balance and in a while you have left Belarus. Now I can't withdraw it because it's on the bonus balance and I can't play it because I'm Belarusian. Please kindly look into that and withdraw my funds. Nickname feeltheeel

actually I'm also having very shitty expirience with this room. 2 weeks ago they just randomly banned me to enter throu App (becuse of location). Already 8 days they say they processing my withdrawal requests. and no one say why 6 monthes I played and deposited and everething was fine with my location and cashier and now it's not working at all. Every time they say clean your cokies and cash I do it and nothing changing. I will never pplay there again. The support works bad, I always have some issues. I'm just transfering to other room.

Unfortunately that's a common thing for 888, I reached level 156 and have done several withdrawals over the years but for reason I keep having issues with my withdrawal attempt from 3 months ago. Over that time I have found out that there are many of us that are having and have had problems there and they don't have any way to contact them. I finally received my withdrawal yesterday and the only thing I think helped was posting on their reddit so that's what I would suggest for you to do. Good luck and trust me, there are many that empathize with you!

The Skrill option for withdrawing has disappeared.
I last made a withdrawal about half a year ago, and I haven't played in the room in the last 3 months.
If I deposit again with it, can I use Skrill again or have Hungarians been restricted?

Deposit and u can use it again after.

The wierdest part is that I can not deposit too. My cashier is empty and they don't know why they say I have no restriction. Every 2 days they say me in support that they will message it to the payment team that my withdrawal demand is urgent and then nothing happens.

How do you make them do it faster. through reddit? What exactly did you post? did you wright your nickname on 888 poker or what?

I can not deposit at all. So do not suggest me to put money and then withdraw to a new payment method it's not possible I can send you a screen shot of an available deposit options.

I can not withdraw by myself. More then 12 days every 2 days I talk with support and see messages that my withdarwal demand will be send as urgent to a higher people and they will send me email but they don't.

I can not enter my acount from app only from web and yeah cleaning cash and cockies doesnt solve this issue as well (I was suggested to do it many times and It's not helping)

I posted my 888username and what my concern was, then one of their representatives messaged me and helped me with the problem.
