Today, September 22, 2025, I was playing CardsChat's Free Platinum game and was suddenly removed from the table and taken back to the beginning.
When I tried to log in again, I couldn't. The message that appeared was that my login email was incorrect.
I only have this email.
It has remained the same since I registered.
What happened?
I don't know. I contacted support and am waiting for a response.
My question: has anyone else experienced this same problem?

That's a great question. There's no option to gift or transfer your chips to a friend, but you can buy chips for another player. You can click HERE for more information.

Replay will have a scheduled site maintenance on October 21, 2025, which will require downtime. A pop up will appear on the site this coming Friday, October 17th.

• Tournaments will be cancelled starting at 2:00 AM ET

I was able to locate your villa1306 account and I manually activated it from our end. You should be able to login now and play at the tables. If you're not seeing our emails in your inbox, please check your Spam, as well as your Promotions and Social tabs if you're using gmail.

cards chat should invest most of the big money tournaments in replay poker because 888 poker is messing up I can't login in because of local regulations. so, all that money on the site is gone. after 3 years of playing on the site. this is crazy.

Hey guys - I checked in with Replay regarding our Community game today. There is indeed a sitewide issue with lag and server disconnects. Please be patient while their tech team fixes the issues.

In the meantime our Platinum Community Game will be officially cancelled.

Looks like the lobby has been improved and there is basically no more waiting time when opening a league which is very nice. A very good change, lets hope there will be more improvements soon.

I arrived just in time to register a couple of minutes before registration closed and went to the bathroom. When I came back, 4 or 5 minutes later, I found out I'd been eliminated from the tournament. How is that possible if the tournament had just started and I had almost all the chips?

Update:
We're going to open registration for Community Games six hours before start, and remove sitouts after two levels (so 18 minutes in). We'll evaluate to see if this has an impact and solves the issue. Let me know here anything that you notice.

Maybe u remember my suggestion with notification sound on mobile when its our turn.

Some weeks ago i played an omaha community tournament and suddenly there was a notification on my turn. It was on mobile. I was already excited u guys finally made some unexpected upgrade but then in the following games that notification was suddenly no more there. so my questions are:

- is there only a notification in omaha games?
- if so, why not in all formats?
- why was it removed again?
- could u guys please finally make sure there is a sound notification on mobile when its our turn? Its really a very basic feature.

Clearly - if you were a better poker player then this wouldn't happen to you!

But - this has also happened to me - so I am glad you caught a screenshot of your event.

In my case I sat just three minutes after the hour to my "No prize this time."
