Have couple of questions.
Made a deposit on approximately 17th or 18th March. It was something like $15 Deposit. Was hoping to make some sportsbets. After i was trying to do that, i saw, that you reduce my limits for $1,19 max bet on any markets. I even can,t bet right now on Hockey NHL or any other big market.

This is a snooker bet on big market, just as example , but the limits are the same for all bets.
To be honest i understand, that sometimes bookmakers can reduce the limits for the winning players, who win lots of money and cashout lots of money, but i
don,t have any cashout from your site in the past approximately 2 years. I always loose.
Since 2010 i deposit around $12 000 in total, and maybe cashout something like $2000 maximum in total. I,m a loosing player. Right now i,m not a highroller and i can,t deposit as much as it was in early 2009-th 2010th.
The reason i stop to play regularly on your site is just that bad luck, which for some reason is happening again and again on your poker tables in the past 2 years. I understand, this is poker , and everything can happens. Just a little bit hard to take, that you are doing everything correct for 2 years and can,t win even $100 on your poker tournaments.
For sure, i had some small poker wins, i think $40 was the maximum win not so long ago, i played couple of SNG tourneys, after placed 2 bets, which both loose. Later i made that $15 deposit and saw , that i just can,t bet at all, because the limits are $1.19 for all.
For sure it,s hard to understand, why you reduce the limits for a loosing player, the only thing that comes to my mind, is that it seems for you, that i don,t play poker too much and prefer other games. Maybe it,s so, but this is just because in the past 2 years i was really unlucky on your site and i,m a little bit loosing my hope...
Also as it seems for me, it will be fair to notify me via email, to avoid that situations, when i didn,t know anything at all, made a deposit and i can,t make a bet...
Can you take a look at this once again and return my sportbets limits to normal mode please?

This was my 2nd attempt to participate in this promotion, before that i already contact support team, because i Wager $30 already a week ago, and had problems with promotion and can,t receive my pick.
Both times your support team gave me cheap freespins, worth of 0.05.
I didn,t say anything at all, just because don,t know at all, but couple of days ago i saw some messages on the big forum, this one for example

It,s Russian text, it,s saying, that $5 cash prize was the minimum prize for St. Patrick extra pick promo that he received ( He completed it many times).
After that i also asked some guys on the forum, just to make sure and they confirmed, that no one of them didn,t receive less then $5 cash prize for this promo.
Looks logical, because no one will Wager $30 of your own money in casino for a cheap 0.05 spins prize. Because there are lots of chances, that you will loose your own money (as i did)

This is just as example to understand, that this St.Patrick Extra Pick promo have a minimum prize of $5 with a chance for a $100 shot. I don,t know the reason, why it doesn,t worked correct for me.
All guys received at least $5 and more, and i loose my own deposit money, and received cheap free spins from support. Feels unfair...
Is it possible to take a look at this and compensate it please? Don,t want to think, that this people is Special and better then me.
