I tried to make a deposit from my smartphone in the PartyPoker app using my Skrill account.
But it said that no such mail was found. It turned out that Skrill and Skrill-Tap are different things...
I wonder why there is no possibility to make a deposit with Skrill in my lobby...

Oh and there are also a lot of freerolls, but it is only for depositors, here in Brazil it is also possible to deposit by bank slip, I have already done it and it is very quick to drop into the account!

Today around 11.30 AM your App stopped, i don't care i lost hands which were in play, but 3 zoom tables and money from them dissapeared when it started working again!!!

There was a 10 min server issue affecting all our brands
All games - if cancelled will have been refunded

Problem to withdraw from Canada

Does anyone else having issues to withdrawal from Canada?

Last year everything was working fine, but this year I have been trying many times and every time I get refund the money back - $40. I tried many times talk to Partypoker support and they just say my bank refuses the deposit and took $40 as tax.
I have no proper answer from Partypoker and I already lost $120 in "tax" to my bank that "refuses" accept my transfer from Partypoker but do not refuse keep $40.

I would suggest you contact the bank directly with the transaction details
If CS is directing you to them, it's a bank issue and they must help resolve
If the bank declines the transaction there is nothing CS support can do to assist
Alternatively, please check the website for other deposit methods

That's the point here...I do not have any transaction details...Partypoker support never sent me document to prove the bank suddenly started to refuse receiving money. But the most interesting thing was....3 transactions refused before my last one, got back o my poker account with - $40 less... but not this last one. Looks like "the bank refuse again but decided do not charge 40 bucks anymore" .... so looks like "the bank" is getting nice to me!
Leaving sarcasm aside, I just want a clear answer from Partypoker about what is happening, some document to prove and be able to do my withdrawal again!

If you wish, you can PM myself the username and I can have a look
The cash back week ends Sun at 11:59CET and cashback is generally paid within a few hours

Which games exactly are you referring too please?
I would need a little more details
If its the cards chat freerolls, this can be raised directly with your admin who can check with the relevant team if they are not displaying correctly in the client

Yes, it is the cards chat freerolls that don't shows in the client, and the $1.10 buy-in at Sundays.

I won some money 2 days ago and had some issues to withdrawal it. Had to make a deposit with my Ecopayz accont, minimum $25, validate my accont by sending screenshot of my personal data on Eco account, and play $25 before perform the cash out.

I lost some money, but after 2 days I had it all back and concluded my cash out.

But it was a bad experience.
