Hey wlad20082009, did you actually looked up in your PP account, while a PowerFest event been running? Just because i have received those tickets punctually short before the first day it started and i used them of course, but nearly at the end of the event i have found a paper mail in my mail box about it, already a week after i used the tickets lol. And i live in Europe, so it's probably shorter way to me, than to Russia from England or wherever PP office is located. So i just recommend to log in more often and keep eye on promos or tickets you have in the future. For example they are giving out some of 2.2$ satellite tickets meanwhile once a week. I have received 3 of them already. So don't be lazy just log in and throw a short look what is on, even if you are not actively playing at that room. And don't be upset, there will be a lot more another promotions indeed.

Sorry mate, but i didn't meant or said that you have lied. I just thought, that probably you havn't seen the tickets were credited at your account in time. As i noticed that by myself only at the end of first week of "PowerFest" and the reminder-mail from PartyPoker came close to the end of that event. So.. That's all i meant. But if i am wrong and there were no tickets either, please excuse this little misunderstanding.

@Colette Stewart, hello, i have a question, if you don't mind. Well recently i received a ticket from new promotion, where you can open one card and win a ticket behind it. So i have won $2,2 ticket for UK "something" satellite (not sure what was exact name, but it was running like every 3 hours or something for $2,2 buy-in), where top 200 winners have won $11 ticket. So i played that satellite-tournament yesterday at 8 p.m. CEST (start time) and i won the ticket. But today, when i logged in at PartyPoker there were no ticket anymore. What does it mean, was it auto-registration ticket for another tournament that is over already and i missed it? Or was it technical problem and i had no ticket credited. But i'm not sure what exactly should i do to be eligible to play in these Freeroll? Just a warning to anyone using the 2.20 uk grand prix tickets being given out by party . used mine last night and finished in top 100 to win an 11$ grandprix ticket that you are automatically enrolled in the tournament for. finished in the top 100 of that tournament to win a 55$ sat ticket , was auto enrolled again and finished in top 40 to win a 215£ ticket.

MInute and a half after the 55$ tournament finished was a 215£ grand prix starting.regged for that and tournament started and then came up connection lost and this was the lobby screengrab

as you can see it lasted 1 second and didn't play a hand . DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT THIS IS ACCEPTABLE FOR A 275$ BUYIN TOURNAMENT? people had the option of buying in for real money and looks like they were buying into a lottery at the end .

The reason it did not play is not due to an issue - this is a LIVE holding tank for a LIVE event - as per the name Grand Prix LIVE Day 1
I would suggest you contact the customer service team and explain the situation - you registered for a LIVE event and not an online day 1

Come on Colette you need to feedback that this sort of promo isn't liked by players and is a sham.
Decent grinders like me and Keith are just put off playing on a site that resorts to such sham tactics. Honestly it's a disgrace. In fact no I refuse to play on a site which promotes garbage like this.

Was this some sort of all in crap shoot for the live event spot? No decent player is going to buy in 275 for a crap shoot.... so everyone there put in hours of grind to get to that. Its bull S

The only one that wasn't an auto enrol was the final one that i am complaining about. The information in the registration was sketchy to say the least and the fact that it said there was $4,125 in the prize pool i assumed that that was the money that 15 of us were entering were going for. Having won the £215 ticket , i didn't receive any emails congratulating me and giving information on how the ticket could be used to directly register or register for an online day 1. In fact , the presence of online day 1 events and direct registration events that this appears to have been are confusing as hell to people getting to that stage for the first time.

Come on Colette you need to feedback that this sort of promo isn't liked by players and is a sham.

when you "win" the original ticket , there is nothing to tell the player that they will be auto enrolled into targeted tournaments starting shortly after the previous one finished. That should be made clear at the outset.

Well the experience hasn't made me decide to move my cash game play to party. looks like i'll stay on microgaming and take my flat 30% rakeback daily + rake chase without having to opt in and rake $600 a week to get it like i would on party

Partypoker Software Issue

Can anyone please advise on this? It's driving me insane!!

I have a new laptop, and for some reason on the partypoker App, it is incredibly laggy & slow. Every time I click a button it basically freezes for 4-5 seconds. So i'll go all-in, I can see that I've been called, but I can't see the board. Then 5 seconds later the whole board will appear in 1 go (and I'll see that I'm out!)

It happens on every action and I can't describe how tilting it is after a while!

I've asked around and nobody else has this problem. I've tried other computers and they have worked fine. My IT support people can't help. I don't know what to do!!!
