When I play on GG, my hand will start face down, I have to press open, to see my cards.

I guess it's fair to say they offer something to recreational players. They have those daily freeroll tickets that you just have to log in to use. I never won anything big, but maybe other players have. On the other hand 888Poker has a lot more freerolls for recreational players. But even on that site, as soon as I accumulate a few dollars, I spend it on a higher buy in for a tournament. Needless to say, I haven't won any big tournament either.

I would like to play there . But they do not operate in Greece . And I do not think they will ever come back to Greece . Strict regulations and identification procedures make it impossible for me yo play there using vpn

Without knowing stack sizes and positions it is hard to say, but in general I would consider check-raising the flop if you have equity and fold equity. Interesting topic. I have been working on my game in this area lately. What has been your experience?

In my experience, stack sizes and positions really make a big difference in these spots. If stacks are deep, I prefer playing more cautiously and avoiding big pots without a strong hand.

I do use check-raises sometimes when I have decent equity and feel that my opponent can fold, especially against aggressive players who c-bet too often. But in tournaments I try not to overuse this move, because variance can increase quickly.

Lately I’ve been focusing more on choosing the right opponents and situations rather than just the action itself. It seems to work better for my overall results.
