I guess there's no point in trying to have a conversation with you, so I'll just say good luck to you.
You haven't attempted a conversation with me at all.

That's fair, I missed your reply skimming through this morning.

Dude. It clearly says players computers were hacked, infected with malware, in which it allowed those spy programs to watch their activities on PokerStars and other sites. It was literally watching/spying on everything they did on their computer. And if they also installed a keystroke malware, they would easily have their usernames and passwords. Don't attack folks for pointing out the obvious holes. You can debate it but still be respectful
Yes that article clearly states where the malware was installed. However for this to happen during an update the host server needs to be hacked and infected to attach itself to to the updates. It is only then when the end user installs the new update that the spyware/malware/trajan from the corrupted host (pokerstars) it is installed on the end users device. So yes PokerStars security has been hacked and breached. As well as the other forms of hacks and breaches I have provided the links too that have been ignored. Because there is no denying its happened but you'll still happily defend a site that has cracks and has a track record of not being squeaky clean and safe.

Begs the real question. Why is that?

Can you imagine working for an online poker site in customer support? I guess after a few thousand emails from rigtards, you'd learn to just have fun with it. Maybe they compete in the lunchroom with rigged stories like 'who had the craziest riggie today so far'.
I wonder if they bet on it? I wonder if when they bet on it... it's rigged?

The guy who runs my local gas station always tells me about some crazy bad beats and that these players must be paid by GG and it's rigged in their favour.

He repeatedly send in screenshots of some , admittedly absurd bad beats, complaining about them to customer service 🤣

It was not a Rigtard story though was it? It was a legitimate data request. Yet still still refused to provide the data. There is just no place for you in online forums and chat rooms if all you spurt out is rubbish comments and remarks like this. Your the ones who clearly have the agenda because your comments are In no way constructive to the OP
