What turns you off of a new Poker Site? What Helps you Stay?

It is always important, but it is not so tempting, there are systems that do not pay rakeback very well.

Hello, I have been playing poker stars for many years with breaks because for me poker is not a passion but a pleasure for relaxation and variety. I am pleased with the site as well as the tables and the games it offers. I recently downloaded ggpoker. I still can't get used to it, and it turned out that it is not supported in Bulgaria and registers me in Albania, which makes it unreliable for me. These are the first impressions that may change in the future. I think all sites are good for themselves, but the live experience is indispensable. Good luck in the games from me!

Normally if the site don't show the win % when all in, it's a small detail but it helps me understand odds more

Nowadays I do not think there are many new poker rooms that come and go , maybe in the 2000s but now ?? Nooooo ..


If it's new logically it won't have many players in cash games and tourneys . I read in forums feedback from players about it , if it processes the withdrawals then I will test it .

In the past , when I started , I was trying poker rooms with reputation , PS , FT , Paradise Poker , 888poker , ACR (unfortunately I tried Duck Poker of the same skin . How t f someone decides to play on a poker room with the name Duck , lol embarrassing , they refused my withdrawal , of course ....) later Bwin and Party poker , I tried a local Greek poker room which now is closed , also some small poker rooms of ipoker . Many times the problem is that poker rooms do not operate in Greece . Refused withdrawals ?? Only by Duck Poker (lol) . I do not recall any other poker room . Refusing a withdrawal is a red flag for sure , on that case F them and let everyone else know for this !!!!! I had deposited only 5$ , the refused to pay me even the 5$ although at least for the $5 I had played them enough rake . They said I had to pay rake for all freerol winnings , I told them I do not want it , only want my money back , they refused . I think Interyops has similar demands , pay rake for all freerolls and deposits , then be granted a withdrawal demand approval , that's scammy in my eyes

The thing that turns me off the most about new sites, or even ones that have been around for a while, are that they will instantly take your money, with no checks, and balances, but when it comes to a withdrawal, you have to do sit spins, triple toe loops, quads, and, and double salchows to get your winnings.

I love figure skating too, and I also don't like it when things like this happen on poker sites.

Staking is my go to option now, if a site has that I am in, after reading reviews of coarse. All this pie throwing stuff is a bit much, but if it attracts players good.

most important thing is the reliable cash out (and fast)
because without it, winnings are not really winings


then there should be enough traffic
because without it, there are no games

I got so used to PS that it's quite hard to adapt to others.

I honestly don't like the ones that are flashy and have all kind of stuff that makes it feel more like a videogame.

I've been playing mostly at PS and 888 and really miss the possibility of creating custom shortcuts like I find on PS (888 only has fold F5, check F6 and bet/raise F7 and you can't add neither change them).

Another thing I don't like at 888 is that there's no table selection.

Actually I got into 888 only cause of the Freerolls and since I had do deposit the $$$ on it to able to play the freerolls I've been playing cash on it but honestly, nothing beats PS to me.

(Hope one day I get some $$$ from PS for this free adv hehe).

I have been loyal to PS for years now, i have played at others, but it can take a while to adapt to the style of other sites. When you are playing for money, you don't want to be put off with flashy things in the background, as well as a lot of other sites have very limited choice of games or players for that matter.
