Would you rather keep your money in a poker site instead of the bank?

I was trying to find an affiliated poker site that would hold the money for me. Then allow me to transfer what every I needed to what ever poker site I wanted play on that day. Instead of having to jump through hoops at each site just to get an account set up. This way, one trusted site can verify everything, accept your money which can be used at all poker sites. Right now you have to tie up money at each site you want to play on.

I'm not sure what is available these days (or what is available to the country you reside in) but there have been many options for this. Here in Canada I used a 'Skrill' account. I was able to deposit & withdrawal INSTANTLY to most of my poker accounts. It was very convenient.

I'd suggest keeping as much as you think you might need to play poker with. Personally I'm a bankroll NIT & tend to keep enough for ~300 buyins for MTT's

No. And i have good reason. I can't deposit from my country, so I think there would be problem to get the money if I need it.

I also do the same. I always keep an amount to play, but the costs go up when I transfer frequently from the site to the bank

Depends on the financial situation at the time for me but definitely not afraid to leave funds in 888, they are the most trustworthy site in my eyes.

Personally, I think that you can take a part of your earnings from the gaming platform and cover your expenses and a little money remains to invest it, the problem of leaving all the money inside a gaming platform and thinking that it can be like A bank is taking risks of having a bad streak and being able to lose a large part of the money or in the worst case lose everything, my recommendation is that you take out even 50% of your earnings and leave a part to continue playing .

Mostly I prefer to keep my money in my pocket. Ever since I was born, I have an acute intolerance to the banking system, so I distribute most of my capital in e-wallets, poker sites and cryptos.

You are right, the most dangerous thing that can happen is to fall into badbeat and gamble recklessly, in which case you can lose all your money and feel strong and dangerous regrets.

I don't think there is a fear of big and reliable poker sites, as long as you have a properly activated account.

In my opinion it depends on the amount of money. Generaly though I would recommend withdrawing the money and keeping it at home in cash, Gold or Silver would be even better if you want to play it safe.

I totally agree with you my friend, money even if it's cash becomes like toilet paper compared to silver and gold, especially when war breaks out, and I hope that doesn't happen. But so far, I think that the costs of the poker site account fees are less expensive than the banks, where if the amount is huge, it is better to stay in the poker account until the time you need it to buy anything or an investment. As for putting it in the bank, my friend, in my country, and not investing it or withdrawing it in cash at the same time, it will cost me a lot, unfortunately.

I would prefer to keep money in my own safe, but there is only enough money for micro limits, so we are content with what we have):)

In general, I will in no way withdraw more than 60% of what I have in my account, only if the amount I have exceeds $1,000 or more.

It’s a strange idea to keep money on a poker account, money doesn’t work and you can still lose) There are investment savings, brokerage, where you can still earn money, and the money will work for you.

I prefer a bank much safer and you can earn interest on your money .there is no guarantee on a poker site they could go bankrupt

No, certainly in the bank, there will be a great temptation to spend them on a poker site at higher limits)))

Well, it might be a bit of a strange idea, but my question was about whether poker sites are safe, plus poker sites won't charge fees, insurance and taxes compared to banks

I would keep the money in the bank and in poker only part of it. I can't store it anywhere.

Unfortunately, I don't like banks, because they keep charging fees and don't hesitate to bankrupt people
