Can you recommend PokerStars?

So the other day I received rewards on Google Pay and I read this article, it basically just shows some of the most reputable Google pay casinos. I frikken love poker but I'm not so big on online gambling, I was excited to hear I could use the rewards from Gpay to use at an online casino as it's almost free. So the point here is that Poker Stars was listed as on of these Gpay casinos, do you guys recommend this site or is it another scam

I only play on Pokerstars. Think it's enough for me regarding online poker. It's easy enough to use and was probably one of the hot favourites during the covid lockdown years. The Homegames, was and is a good feature if you can't play live with your friends.

The way, this whole question is framed, makes me think, that maybe OP should just stay away from online poker. But to answer his question (if he is still interested after more than 6 month): No PokerStars is certainly not a "scam". They have been the gold standard in online poker for 20 years and even bailed out people having money on Full Tilt, when the site went down in 2011 due to "Black Friday". But of course choosing a site to play on depends very much on, what you are looking for. So this is not the same as saying, that PokerStars is the best choise for everyone.

I play on Poker Stars and GGpoker and, so far, haven't noticed anything unusual with any of them.

A lot of players and a high level of play for me which is good because I can learn. For some it's an advantage, for others a disadvantage. I've been playing on pokerstars for a long time and I appreciate it

PokerStars is a great poker room but in the meantime I think that GGPoker doesn't need to hide either, that convinces with its modern software.

yep ofcourse, Poker Stars is a top poker room on the world, they have a good reputation, withdraw money without problems, many different tournaments, etc.

Being based on the Isle of Man here in the British isles, They do have to adhere to British Laws and the Gaming Commission, They are reputable , and are based on the Island because of Tax advantages, Paying less tax than they would on the Mainland.
I joined Pokerstars over 20 years ago, and cut my baby teeth playing poker on their site, never had a problem with them although I have tried many more Sites like BetFred, Eurosport, and PKR just to name a few, The only problem I really had was with PKR as they went into receivership many years ago and I had won £128.00 playing freerolls which I thought I would never see again, but Pokerstars bought out the player database and honoured all winnings for all PKR players, who joined or were already Pokerstar Players.
God bless Pokerstars! I kept my money and it is still there making my bankroll bigger.
