that was it.
i even re-checked the guides and there is no picture of this button in the guides... only one mention under ZOOM HUD section, which is ZOOM specific... it might help to update the guides with this info.

That could be a configuration issue, a backlog of hand history files and/or a database issue so please send a log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can find out what's causing that:

i'm having issues on poker tracker 4

I just bought poker tracker 4 yesterday. every time i clicked on getting hands while playing. i would get an error box would pop. so i went to PT4 and ACR and made sure i had prefer seats where the same seat on both sites. and they are and I only get a couple errors now and then. my HUD does not pop up on ACR during tourneys. i have view today's hands the only hands are there is from last night i played today and no hands came up for today. if i double click on Winning Poker Network (Yatahay) i get the a window would pop up that is import configuration and I go to Accounts Configuration button i have four spaces that is empty which says user, server, password, port. are these suppose to blank or do they need to be filled out.

If you need further assistance then please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in your existing support ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

These are settings for importing hands from email so you can leave those blank as that isn't relevant here.

So I just got knocked out of a tournament and the hand did not show up in poker tracker. Does this have anything to do with the auto close on ACR tables?

Possibly since if a table closes too early and the poker site cannot write the complete hand history file then PokerTracker 4 wouldn't be able to import it. You can verify if this is the case or not by opening the original hand history file for this tournament in Notepad and scrolling to the end to see if the last hand exists or not and if it exists whether it is complete. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your 'Processed folder' which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option:

I was wondering how it works if I was looking to track a Pokerstars.es account if I already have my Pokerstars.com account set up with PT4.

Am I able to do it by simply adding them in the "add new player" box on the left hand side of the "view stats" lobby or is there a more complicated process required if it's possible at all.

Yes that's correct. Also if you want to combine results from both sites you can create an alias:

PokerTracker 4 supports both tournaments and cash games.

You can alias any player with another provided they haven't played with each other directly on a table.

Do you notice any missing hands or import errors? I've seen a couple of similar reports of this on WPN and if you have a specific example you can verify if this is the case by reviewing the relevant hand history file with Notepad. If the hands are missing then you should contact your poker site about that but if they are there and PokerTracker 4 is not importing them then please send them to us in a Support Ticket.

I've had a long hiatus from playing online poker and wonder if Poker Tracker 4 still works on Poker Stars.

If so how do I get this going - will it still link in automatically when I fire up a table?
