Do you hate the very long late registration time?

Players need to recognise that because we are all living in different time zones the poker sites offer late registration on some of the bigger MTTs to attract more players, which of course gives them more profit with the buy-in fees, but also increases the payout.
Some Casino will run registrations on large tourney fields over 2 days so that they can accommodate more players, and give the early bust outs chance for a 2nd or more bullets.
I do not have that much of a problem because I don't play that many, usually I will limit myself to one day events where the tourney could be over within 12 hours or less, as we all have a personal life and to be away from home for days on end is not Ideal.
I think the longest I was away from home for a particular event was 3 days and that was for 2 tourneys I was interested in.

180 minutes late registration is a lot, 60 minutes is optimal!

Yess, I always try to enter at the end of the late registration.. You start with a short stack, but if you win one or two flips the tournament starts

Some players specifically enter tournaments 2 minutes before the end of late registration, I think that they get advantages, since some of the players have already been eliminated or they have few chips, but this is an erroneous opinion, since the blinds are already growing too.

i like the tournies wit 15 levels of late reg 30 at the most the ones wit 40 i dont play unless im the one late registering lol

I completely don't like late registration. You start with some 100erd Players and in the end there are some 1000end players.

I don't like to play tournaments with late registration, with the exception of tournaments with knockout rewards. Too much time to successfully fly out and not get into the prizes.

2 hours LR is more than suficcient, don't you think? Those 3, 4 hours are horrible in Online MTT.

I don't like 2 hour L.R - I just want to get to the knockout stage and start the tourney for real - 20 minute late registration would be fin, after that - let's go!

I hate it too. More than 1-1.5 hours is too much. The SM tourneys gonna have 24h late reg which seems completely insane to me.

I hate tournaments like this. There are often rebuys and addons. I definitely prefer freezout tournaments without late registration or up to 30 minutes.

Yes, I don't like these tournaments. And that was one of the reasons I didn't really like playing on 888 Poker, but they changed everything and now it's much more convenient to play there.

Well, it's good and it's bad. It's bad that some tournaments have 4 or 5 hours of late registration which means that getting into the money takes forever. But it's good if you've started from the beginning and have built up a decent stack because then you can pick off the late arrivals one by one.

yeah I defintely always trying to avoid this kind of tournaments, if you jump in too late its bad because most of the players have big stacks and if you jump in at the beginning you have feeling that this tournament never ends lol
