It depends on the time I dedicate to it during the month, but normally if I play 3 or 4 tournaments a week with prizes between 100 and 500USD, I usually win between 10USD and 30USD... which allows me to play in other tournaments with buy-in between 3 and 5USD.

Every month is different. A lot depends on luck, but I averaged $30-50 a month playing only in freerolls. Considering that freerolls are risk-free tournaments, I think this is a pretty good result.
