Should I shove second pair for value on the river ?

I have 35 hands on the villain 44/22/2.0
No reads on him yet but I feel after he just called the turn his hand is very much face up.
Do I shove the river(because my hand really looks like AK in my mind), do I bet small or do I check ?

And what about that turn bet? I felt like I needed some protection and he shouldn't be shoving on me that often given his line. Do you agree or am I just spewing money there ?

You played it just fine in my opinion. There is no point shoving on the end you only get called by better hands and worse hands just fold.
Id 4 bet AK pre if I was in your spot there.
To me his flop sizing says he wants a fold as well. Confirmed by the turn check. I like your turn sizing as well.
Next time just dont show us his hand.

Against a reg or even a passive player on PS I would think the same but this is an unknown on ipoker. The real question is does he fold something like 99 or TT.
Hard to say so I took the safe line of showdown but now thinking about it I really wish I had bet the river.

Generally no, but each site / casino has different rules and payouts.

I'd go slightly larger on the turn (~$5-$6), but other than that it's fine. Also, I'd hide your results in the future. Just helps a little more with getting unbiased views and feedback.

His VPIP - 23 (The only decentish guy in the table

I assume this is a call? Was expecting to check raise flop jam turn & I'd expect all the sets, straight draws to bet the flop

Why 2/3rd on the river?

If I'm reading correct, then it's probably a fold. What limit is this? A lot of people know more to jam if they have the nut flush card in their hand on boards like this. He either has A3/55/A5 or nadda...

was trying to get the max on river assuming he'd bluff catch me with all pps.
He had 4s. surprised he didn't bet the flop or even fold pre flop.

It's on upoker. limit is like 30NL ish.
I moved all my action from pppoker to upoker. pppoker updates really suck ass for multitabling

Well, you know the John A rule here... Turn check min raises are usually the nuts or close to it.

Need info on opponent, stack sizes, etc... in order to give better feedback.

6max MP who limps alot open 3x (small sample) we flat AJs CO BTN (vpip 35ish) call, BB (vipip 70) call,

flop 843 something we have a backdoor flush. MP check we check & the BTN bets around 60%.
everyone fold. My question is should we float in this kind of spot generally with 2 overs & a backdoor?

You should call some of the time. Why didn't you just bet the flop though?

Once original raiser passes, you're in the ideal spot to bet because BTN has to still think about original raiser so they won't call / float as light. Original raiser will give you more credit because you bet into two people. If you turn good equity you can double w/ a high rate of success versus your opponents calling range.

Do you have any stats on these guys? I mean this could be a shove here on the turn. You're really only bear by TJ/JJ, as J9 is only 1 combo. You crush 77, there's spades, etc...

Flop and turn are fine, considering it's a limped pot. River is close. It really depends on the opponent. In general, it's rare to have someone lead w/ trips in a raised pot, so you can weight them heavily towards draw. It's just going to come down to how aggressive the player is.

With those stats, no, it's a fold. That's way too passive. Even though his range is fairly narrow there and you still beat several hands, I think c/f was the correct line.

No. If he's doing that, he'll do it when you have better hands. I don't hate a call there, but for 100bbs, you can be a little more discerning.
