The best style is the one that adapts to the table dynamics. Which means how are the players playing on your table? Are they all Nits then LAG is best- are they all weak laggy then TAG is best. Often there will be a mix of each --we then have to play both styles choosing which is most effective based on position of the Nits and lags.LiviuRo123 said:I've been trying to improve my cash game results lately. Very good point about how bad rake can be-in some cardrooms at 1-2 they rake a buy-in off the table every hour--avoid those games at all costs.skaterick said:the rake may kill you in any small live casino game , no matter how skilled you are and how poorly your opponents play !
It all depends on how my opponents play. I adjust my game depending on the situation, but overall I prefer a tight-aggressive style.LiviuRo123 said:I've been trying to improve my cash game results lately. Do you prefer a tight-aggressive style or something more loose and aggressive in cash games?
