I’m sharing my experience with BiggerZ because I’m still trying to understand what happened to the balance that was left in my account.

When my withdrawals stopped, I had approximately 6.75 BTC remaining. My account was later closed, and I still havent received a clear explanation for either decision.

Before this happened, my KYC had been completed and approved, and I had already made successful withdrawals from the account.

After a significant win, I started requesting withdrawals. BiggerZ support told me that my daily withdrawal limit was $10,000, which was roughly 0.15 BTC at the time. I was advised to submit my withdrawal requests around that amount, so I followed the instructions.

A number of withdrawals were processed successfully. Then the withdrawals stopped.

I contacted support several times to ask what had changed and what would happen to the remaining balance. Instead of getting the situation resolved, my account was eventualy closed.

That’s why I’m still looking for answers.

I followed the withdrawal instructions I was given, so I want to understand why the process was later stopped.

I would like BiggerZ to explain:

* What withdrawal limit applied to my account?
* Did support instruct me to submit withdrawals of around 0.15 BTC?
* Why did the withdrawals stop?
* Why was my account closed?
* What rule or term applies to the remaining 6.75 BTC?
* Why was the remaining balance not processed?

After I was unable to resolve the matter directly with BiggerZ, I submitted a complaint through Casino Guru. The complaint is still unresolved.

I have kept the relevant screenshots, conversations and withdrawal records. I’ve also provided the available evidence separately.

Casino Guru complaint:
casino.guru/complaints/biggerz-casino-player-s-withdrawal-has-been-delayed-1

Evidence: imgur.com/a/vWFhPD0

I’m not asking anyone to simply believe my version of events. I’m sharing my experience and the information I have, while giving BiggerZ the opportunity to provide its own explanation.

I just want to know what happened to the remaining 6.75 BTC and why my account was closed.

BiggerZ, what is the explanation for the stopped
withdrawals and the remaining balance?

6,7 BTC are over 70000€ .
Seek the legal way. Worth hiring a lawyer for that kind of money .
This ominous bigger Z belongs to a company called CDK PLAY INC SRL with a license in the Komoro Islands.
Already sounds very fishy

6.75 BTC is a massive amount to have locked. I’d definitely keep all the records and follow the legal route like @G0930 suggested.

Depends on which goods. If they catch a big bluefin tuna for him they are more than square

If you actually managed to withdraw $10,000 a few times, you can consider yourself lucky—you were incredibly fortunate. I assure you, you could have ended up with nothing, and the situation would have been much worse. If they allowed you to withdraw $10,000 multiple times, then I truly congratulate you, that is incredible 🙂

Haha, with 6.75 BTC on the line, I’d definitely want something more valuable than a bluefin tuna as payment. 😄

Have you looked at the price of the tuna??? ^^
Even smaller ones are worth a multitude of 70K
I didnt say eat the fish but sell it to some crazy expensive japanese sushi restaurant, like they are doing in the Video xD

I wonder they always find people to trick.

May be becauae gambling is a private thing and amature tries what they get at first.

Then i m sorry.

Lo siento🙃

By the way, @Carson_CC, for your kind information, you may be dealing with a bogus company here, so you might as well give up hope of ever getting that money back. 😄

There was probably an attractive bonus offer, or the money deposited was not very clean to begin with and needed to be washed in the warm waters of Komoro Islands? Cons are not exactly anything new. "Nigeria letters" used to be a thing for instance. My son actually got one. Someone pretending to be a lawyer representing a european business man living in Nigeria, who recently died in a helicopter crash leaving no heirs. But he shared my sons surname, so the lawyer could send my son 100 mio. dollars, if he got his share of 20%. But first my son just needed to send $1k the other way to "confirm the connection".....

He is indeed lucky if it is true that he was able to withdraw more than 10K .
These offshore casinos are always a Double gamble.
First the normal gambling and when you win its a gamble if you ever see one dime.

My theory is why sometimes they pay, is that they don't have to immediately close down due to too many complaints from customers.

Haha, the Nigeria lawyer story brought back some memories. At this point, I’d trust the @G0930 bluefin tuna payment more than sending another $1,000! 😂

Seems like a lot of people are having the same problems.

Anjouan licenses are not exactly know for protecting the players, if history is any guide your money is gone.

There's a hacker who made it his mission to mock scammers and turn them in.
He often worked with the authorities together in the past.
This is too funny.
He is infamous among scammers and very much hated xDD

In this case he found out the scammer's true name. Hahaha

My son obviously did not send any money. He showed me the letter (an actual letter not an email) and asked me "dad is this for real"???? I told him "no its a scam", and then he just quietly shook his head and threw the letter in the garbage bin.

Yeah bro, I know. Those calls with an Indian accent always make me suspicious. If you get one, just cut the call. 😂

Luckily I am spared by these calls.
Wrong demographic. They usually can't speak german xD
I have to worry more about scammers in eastern Europe.
So I have to worry more about a slavic accent than an Indian one ^^

Yeah back in 2010, We’ve had similar type of scams too. People receive emails saying they’ve won a huge amount, but first they’re asked for a fee or personal details to claim it. Once you pay, the “prize” usually disappears. It’s the classic advance-fee scam.

Haha, so you’re basically spared from scammers from half the world. 😄 Now you just have to watch out for that Slavic accent!

The proposed "business idea" had cost that idiots 1 Million $
