That disappointment when u thought for a second u will be a millionaire soon. Gifted by some Nigerian prince.

I know that feeling of becoming a micro second millionaire because when i first received a very similar email like 2 decades ago i was also confused and asked a friend (who was an IT-expert) if this might be legit 🤣

That friend only looked me like im the dumbest guy ever.

I’m sharing my experience with BiggerZ because I’m still trying to understand what happened to the balance that was left in my account.

When my withdrawals stopped, I had approximately 6.75 BTC remaining. My account was later closed, and I still havent received a clear explanation for either decision.

Before this happened, my KYC had been completed and approved, and I had already made successful withdrawals from the account.

After a significant win, I started requesting withdrawals. BiggerZ support told me that my daily withdrawal limit was $10,000, which was roughly 0.15 BTC at the time. I was advised to submit my withdrawal requests around that amount, so I followed the instructions.

A number of withdrawals were processed successfully. Then the withdrawals stopped.

I contacted support several times to ask what had changed and what would happen to the remaining balance. Instead of getting the situation resolved, my account was eventualy closed.

That’s why I’m still looking for answers.

I followed the withdrawal instructions I was given, so I want to understand why the process was later stopped.

I would like BiggerZ to explain:

* What withdrawal limit applied to my account?
* Did support instruct me to submit withdrawals of around 0.15 BTC?
* Why did the withdrawals stop?
* Why was my account closed?
* What rule or term applies to the remaining 6.75 BTC?
* Why was the remaining balance not processed?

After I was unable to resolve the matter directly with BiggerZ, I submitted a complaint through Casino Guru. The complaint is still unresolved.

I have kept the relevant screenshots, conversations and withdrawal records. I’ve also provided the available evidence separately.

Casino Guru complaint:
casino.guru/complaints/biggerz-casino-player-s-withdrawal-has-been-delayed-1

Evidence: imgur.com/a/vWFhPD0

I’m not asking anyone to simply believe my version of events. I’m sharing my experience and the information I have, while giving BiggerZ the opportunity to provide its own explanation.

I just want to know what happened to the remaining 6.75 BTC and why my account was closed.

BiggerZ, what is the explanation for the stopped
withdrawals and the remaining balance?
with that kind of money, it's just crazy to be playing online; you can travel anywhere in the world to play.
I hope you get it straightened out because I doubt you have any recourse if not, and they know that.
best of luck.

I could have been a millionaire many times if only I had paid those damn transfer fees 🤣

Except that brick and mortar casinos typically dont accept crypto currency as payment, and they might also be required to check the identity of players, who cash out large sums for anti money laundering reasons. According to his profile OP live in Nigeria, and then it might also not be that easy for him to get a visa for countries, that have brick and mortar casinos.

a more suspicious person would wonder why all of the posts are exactly the same,

😮 This is a actually an interesting detail. Maybe the casino thought this is that prince mentioned itt who wants to give away free paper? So they considered his btc a gift?

You can easily turn crypto into money. Ive done it many times...
Coincidentally also once for having enough cash for the casino in the city^^
Ok I have BTC machines and the Nakamoto store in Vienna, that might be more difficult in Nigeria xD

I actually had not checked this before posting about "Nigeria letters". But a bit ironic if someone living exactly there was the victim of a scam.

Maybe he just copy-pasted his first post into other forums using the ctrl C, ctrl V command, because this is easier than typing everything over again.

Yes probably too much work and i would do the same and just copy paste.
Still weird those dudes are using every poker forum possible as kind of a billboard for their scam cases they could avoid by simply not putting money on some shady offshore crypto casino.

Well, there could be lots of reasons; it just seems crazy to me. Of course, they would ask for ID, but if he is using it to conceal his identity
That could be another story. 6.75 BTC is half a million, so I was just saying that with that kind of money you can usually do anything you want. jmo 😉

May be becauae Gambling is a private thing and amature tries what they get at first.
Did they cheat him? Really?
They actually let him withdraw 10,000 dollars several times, and then went and cheated him?

Dude, you're in luck.
Just don't play anymore on sites that no one has ever heard of.

@black and, that’s fair. I’m not saying they definitely cheated him, but stopping withdrawals and closing the account without a clear explanation is still concerning.

You are indeed correct I do not believe your story. You would have gone to legal council instead of coming here. 6.75BTC=546K USD

Hopefully this helps someone in future on choosing a casino or poker room. It does not matter what goodies a casino offers you:
ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PUTTING YOU PERSONAL INFORMATION OR HARD EARNED MONEY ANYWHERE.

Simple search from google that takes 5 seconds:

BiggerZ Casino operates as a high-risk, offshore gambling platform that presents several significant red flags, though it functions as an active crypto-friendly casino rather than a completely fabricated phishing front. Launched in November 2024, the site operates under an Anjouan gaming license, which is widely considered one of the weakest and least regulated jurisdictions in the online gambling industry. [1]
Because it is not regulated by any major consumer-protection gaming board (such as the NJDGE or PGCB in the US), users have no legal recourse if the site freezes accounts or denies payouts. [1, 2, 3]

Key Red Flags & Risks

  • Weak Anjouan Licensing: Unlike reputable licenses, Anjouan permits are incredibly cheap to acquire and feature very little regulatory oversight or verification regarding game fairness and financial solvency.
  • The "Offshore Gray Market" Trap: Platforms like this often target players globally, but operate out of strict legal bounds. As noted by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), unregulated sites frequently utilize predatory terms, AI-bot support runarounds, or hidden fees to delay or block withdrawals entirely. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Crypto-Centric Nature: While it provides convenience, relying heavily on cryptocurrency means that once you deposit your funds, transactions are immutable. If a dispute arises over a payout, the platform can block your account with zero accountability. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Player Consensus on Similar Platforms
According to discussions on gaming forums like r/gambling on Reddit, playing on offshore sites with minimal regulation means you are playing entirely at your own risk. Players frequently complain that these types of gray-market casinos work fine for small amounts initially to build trust, but they heavily penalize or ban users who attempt large cash-outs. [1, 2]
If you choose to use it, do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose completely, and expect zero leverage if the platform decides to withhold a withdrawal. [1, 2]

Important part in case you do not want to read through above.

Hey Carson, I'm really sorry but I have to ask and please don't take it the wrong way, do you know how much money that is?

fundiver199 said:
or the money deposited was not very clean to begin with and needed to be washed in the warm waters of Komoro Islands?

According to the screenshot OP provided, it looks like they made several deposits with several different crypto currencies in the span of one or two days and then immediately requested a withdrawal. Seems....unusual 🤔

It's helpful if you see something weird that you report it so that we can look into it. It's impossible for us to see all posts all the time.

Don't pay any attention to it. Cryptocurrency is a risky asset anyway. It's better not to take the risk. It's better to play freerolls and enjoy life to the fullest.

Well some people maybe want to invest and and try to get rich. Not everyone is happy sitting around all day in a garage playing freerolls.

But yes its very risky and not for everyone. But no risk no fun i guess.
