Hello. This is my first post here. I've been playing poker about 10 years now, mostly home games. I've been doin well at times, but what bothers me is that each poker site got casino built into it. After like longer session of poker (6-8 hours tournament) winning couple hundred if lucky i can't resist to play some slots what most often leads me to lose all my bankroll. Any else have issue like this? Any tips how to keep yourself together or maybe poker site without casino inbuilt in the client? Thanks.
This shows that you lack discipline. If you can't hold back, it means you can't control your own emotions and that's a real problem. Try contacting support, explain your situation and ask them to block you from playing casino games. Or set yourself a daily spending limit.

Most poker sites have a casino. My recommendation would be that every time you win, you make a withdrawal at once. Do not leave anything or leave a couple of cents, the idea is not to have anything in your poker account wallet, that will limit you to get into the casino rooms, withdraw everything after winning in tournaments. And you will see that you will not lose that profit anymore.
I will deposit it right back knowing myself. You see, i never been hungry for money, - after bills i spend my wages on to crap of some sort, never been a saver or investor. Thats how i developed gambling addiction, - rush that i get if i can lose money for food and fags for next week gives adrenaline. It's been since school times, i didn't open a book at home or do homework, didn't pay attention in class but after finishing school got bonus of growth, as i finished school with real good grades as i never had to put effort to learn stuff, it simply stayed in my head without paying attention at all. So i never actually had any discipline what so ever. But recently i found love in poker although i've been messing around with it for about 10 years or so. The issue is that my gambling addiction is holding me back.

Soothe your passion with free chips.
You withdraw all the money from the wallet.
No money, no game!

Ur saying most. Is there any without it?

Casino for me is pure gambling. I don't play and don't recommend to others.

I never play slots at all, live or casino. If you enjoy playing slots, just set a limit. If you lose half your stack leave and play another day when your luck is better

I don't really like the casinos on the poker sites I prefer to invest money in someone who can see skill Why do casinos leave a lot on the side of luck

I sometimes play slots on the "eights", but not for the purpose of increasing the bankroll, but for fun. And you need to mentally set some kind of stop loss and suppress the desire to fall below it.

If the money in your pocket makes you want to play slots avoid that by spending time playing poker in micro cash games instead of slots

To make you aware!! Yesterday evening I made around 1300£ playing zoom cash game and today I played all on casino!!! Obviously I lost big part of the amount 🤷‍♂️

If you go in to play at a casino, keep in mind that most of the time you can lose. I usually risk some value on roulette, especially when the money is low, just to test my luck.
As for your problem, I believe you need to consider the odds.

Ya that can get risky. Don't Play slots with your poker bankroll. Ha e a diffrent site for slots and keep the bankrolls seperate

I used to have the same problem. In my case, it wasn't machines, but blackjack or roulette. At that time, it was still at Party Poker and I was much too inexperienced.
I don't know what to do about it. The best thing is probably to avoid such platforms.

Remember, the casino is there for purpose. The site just wants to get all your money. Therefore try to avoid it, better make a donation to Ukraine

Ita not that hard, when you think about playing the slots, remember one thing:its a machine, a computer solely designed to manipulate you, by giving you some casg in the beginning, and then completely ripping you off. Its literally suicide for your wallet. Just stop playing, its that simple.

I can relate to this. After a 6–8 hour poker session, the temptation to “treat yourself” can be real. For me, separating the bankroll and cashing out before I’m tired would probably help a lot.

Clearly you have never had gambling addiction. Although you can withdraw, you won't only because you wan't to gamble. You think they could block my casino if i ask them via email?
I think they have that option, but it's irreversible. So, think twice.

Super common issue mate, that post-tournament brain fatigue makes impulse control brutal. Check your account settings or message support to disable the casino section. Most big sites will let you block slots table games while leaving poker unlocked.
