I think it could still be profitable for the casino if the edge is very small. Most casual players don't play perfect strategy, so they would still make enough mistakes for the casino to earn money over time. Skilled players might have a slight long-term advantage, but they would probably represent only a small percentage of the player pool. The real challenge for the casino would be balancing fairness while protecting itself from highly skilled professionals.

Also can happen when you're "too lucky"

That is in my opinion incredible unfair. U will lose so many times playing such machines and then as soon as u run, they decide to ristrict u? On what site did that happen?

I think casinos can make most games profitable if they want to. IT specialists can interfere with the software and make it so that the casino has an advantage, but whether it will be legal is another question.
