I played the wheel, I don't remember the exact name, but it was presented as a wheel of happiness, it was a live dealer and there were a lot of people, after each stop, a ticker highlighted the winners. If this is not a lie, people bet quite a lot there. But unfortunately I had no luck with this wheel; it ignored me, so it stayed out of my attention.

Unfortunately I played this game on Sunbet, and my account was new and not verified
Tried verifying, sent emails and my documents and guess what, I kept on waiting. I then read a similar experience some people had after winning without verification, and others having waited for so long for withdrawals and some ended up losing their money through playing and betting again.

Today I checked my mail, thinking that they would have verified my account, but didnt find any of their mails, I ran out of patience, played the same game just to lose all my bankroll, around P800, and wrote an email requesting my account to be closed.

I will just try the game at betway, there my account is verified

These games are like the lottery. This time you got lucky, and the best thing you can do is use the money you won effectively for poker. Overall, in the long run, I think games like this will only bring losses.

I think its unfair, to deposit there is no KYC or verification required, but for withdrawals its the opposite

Yes that practice is sadly common in almost all pokerrooms.
