Gambling in the future

How gambling will change in the future, let's say in the coming decades. How do you see this industry in 10-20-50 years, or even in 100 years? Do you have any thoughts or assumptions on this subject?
I think that future technologies will allow players to play in virtual reality mode, and based on this, the gaming industry will see significant progress.

With AI literally and progressively invading every aspect of our life nowadays, gambling will certainly be affected too. People will try to use it to cheat and casino securities, online or live alike, will invest in it to counterattack and so on.

I agree that a "Virtual" world is coming, even sooner than we think. Signs are already around. But I don't see the gambling industry gaining any significant progress, though it'll always remain present.

I can see myself gambling directly from Mars with an Outerspace IP provided by Alien M... I mean Aleon Musk. Cant wait cant wait.

That's an interesting question. The changes that await us will probably be primarily related to the integration of artificial intelligence into this sphere, and such integration is inevitable. I think gambling will become even more accessible, even safer, and definitely more interesting and diverse. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of full-fledged virtual locations, such as large cities with casinos and so on. In short, in 50 or 100 years, it will definitely be fun, but unfortunately, it will be without us.

I dont like it, but unless we get federal regulation in the usa, I think poker could really suffer.

online poker isnt great currently, with bots, colluders, multi-entry cheats, live assistance, and high rake.

VR poker and live tables are definitely coming once the tech gets a bit lighter and cheaper. Plus crypto making deposits/withdrawals instant everywhere. Core math won't change though, house will still win long term no matter what tech we're using lol

live poker will certainly continue (assuming we humans don't do ourselves in for good ) with new versions becoming popular . online poker may just become a battle of computers , as TeUnit implies . without tech assistance the average player is already at a huge disadvantage .

Gambling has been around for hundreds of years, if not millennia. It is obvious that in 100 years this industry will continue to develop, especially taking into account scientific and technological progress. I think everything will be much more interesting
