Some casino games are super fun at first glance, but once you sit down, your chips start disappearing way faster than you expected

For me, that game is definitely blackjack. It feels like one of the safer games because you get to make choices, but in reality it can eat your bankroll faster than you realize.

I’m not even counting slots here, because with slots it’s all pure luck, you don't have any control. Blackjack feels like you’re in charge, but that’s exactly why the losses can sneak up on you.

I’ve never actually set foot in a real casino <3 but in my daydreams, it’s always poker or craps.

Here’s the thing — I have this bizarre dice talent 😅 I can call my rolls. Yep, really. So clearly, I should never go near real money games

Once, I rolled a die and it somehow landed perfectly on its edge… I swear it stared at me like, “You weren’t supposed to do that.” casinos would never be ready for this level of chaos 😆🎲nor am I

Blackjack is one of the profitable games at a casino, the house edge is really small compared to other games. A short session can be overwhelming with losses but in the long run you can profit from it, especially as a card counter.

This really depends on your skill level.

If you found a video poker machine that had a 104 RTP, but you played really bad it could turn into a 94 RTP.

Or if you played horrible blackjack the house edge could go into the double digits.

There are machines with such high rtp's? And if there are, is this really still profitable for a casino to offer something like this?

For me personally, slots come instantly to mind. There's a lot of flashy lights and fancy sounds but your money will disappear sooner or later.

For me it’s roulette. It looks simple and fun, but once you start chasing numbers the chips vanish super fast. At least with poker I feel more in control, but games like roulette or blackjack can drain you before you realize it.

I rarely played blackjack. But slots are a game that easily and regularly takes my money away

It's true for all slots that although they look fun, they eat your money. This is what the casino lives off of. It's never about the fun of the games, it's about whether you can manage your winnings properly and get out in time.

There are different days, but in general I probably spend the most money on blackjack too. I hope now that our community has posted good educational materials this trend will change for the better

I don't spend my own money on casino games. But I can spend a few dollars that I won playing poker. I try to play at the minimum stakes, and I think video poker is the most expensive for me at the moment.

Yes, there is a slot game where I don't really feel when my bankroll is decreasing. It's called “Pyramid: Quest for Immortality.” I appreciate everything about this game: the visual effects in case of a victory and the excellent background music.

I agree with you. Blackjack is one of the best casino games, but if you are unlucky and encounter a bad shoe, say bye bye to your money.

Slot machines get me. My machine will run dry and I will just sit there losing because I be too lazy to walk to another machine. Online is not much different. I got on an online slot machine the other day. It showed me the stats. It said I did 106 spins and won 5 times. I had to sit there awhile and let that sink in.

For me AoF (All in or Fold) on GG is bad... I never won more than 3 buy ins but always lost much more than that. I suggest you and others avoid that kind of game

Video poker is a bottomless pit for me. I already play as carefully as possible, calculate everything I can and don't rush, but nevertheless, this machine is where my money disappears the fastest.
