I think you don't have many options in such cases. The only thing you can do is write to support every few days and hope that in a few weeks or months they will finally respond. But it is obvious that in most cases you will not get your money back.
And they know when it comes to small amounts, people would just give up, which is very profitable for them because those amounts add up.
