I will take the 5th," I have the right to refuse to answer because it may incriminate me." 😂

I will say this, where there's a will, there's a way.

Peace,
Tony

If gambling is illegal in my country, I would not play in illegal casinos because you could be caught & get in trouble. I will stop playing & find other hobbies to occupy my time.

There were times when gambling was more underground than legal. At least in my city. I have to say that in those times it was more popular than in the times when it was legal :)
I can say that I definitely wouldn't pay attention to whether the gambling business was legal or not, I would continue to play as usual.

Some of you are really missing the point, you cant cash out from a site which is not regulated in your area....

Yes you can all play demo money!! and have fun.

Check your local agencies and play where you are allowed, pay your taxes and respect the rules

Smells like tax evasion
Sure you can, ACR isn't regulated in my area, but they still pay out, and if you know enough people that play there, you can do P2P transfers and then get cash via paypal or some other way of transferring money around the world.

Yes you can. Pretty sure quite a few here have done exactly that.
Also in several countries gambling wins are tax free so not playing taxes on them sure smells like tax evasion
It can't be tax evasion if there is no tax payable on gambling winnings, I have never paid tax on gambling wins, my country does not have a tax on gambling, the politician's know not to go there if they want a long career.

I used to play at casinos when they were illegal. Although it's quite dangerous, if there are no other options, I'm willing to take that risk. But it's worth mentioning that there is also an alternative, playing with friends and acquaintances can be a pretty good option in such a situation.

I think I will continue to play even though these games are illegal. If the punishment for playing is unacceptable to me then I probably won't take the risk and try to find alternative gambling entertainment.

I will continue to gamble even if gambling becomes illegal. In my opinion, banning gambling will only lead to the proliferation of underground casinos. I don't think that's good for the country.

This has already happened in India, my country. So I have basically switched to free-rolls only abiding by the laws.

It all depends on the details. If there is a penalty for players participating in gambling, it depends on how large that penalty will be. I generally only play online, and I think it would be very difficult to ban online gambling. There are a huge number of sites that accept cryptocurrency, and it is also quite difficult to track your participation in games.

Honestly playing in underground or illegal casinos isnt worth the risk. Beyond the legal trouble if a place gets raided, you have zero consumer protection. If an illegal spot decides to keep your money or run rigged games, you can't exactly go to authorities or regulators to get it back.

It would not be comfy playing in illegal underground casinos due anxiety that u won't be able to cash winnings & raids are always a risk. I would stop playing.

It depends on the situation. If all sites without exception became illegal, I would probably stop playing. I don't see any point in risking my own money. If the site is not legal, you may also be denied payment.

If I were really addicted to the game, I'd find a way to play offline—there are plenty of options where you can play just for fun. But this question remains theoretical. There's a lot of money in gambling, and even the “the big guns” know that.

I would respect the law of the land I reside in; would be unhappy about it, hopefully doesn't happen.

Gambling games are already prohibited in Brazil (thanks to God), but, for some reason, online casinos are allowed, and I can't understand why 🤔

The best place to be at a casino is out of the casino, so I don't really care if they are prohibited in my country.

In my country, land-based casinos are not allowed, but some online gambling sites are. When they were banned in Brazil, the entertainment and jobs that casinos provided also disappeared! That was in 1946; I was born 20 years later, so if I did go to casinos, I probably wouldn’t keep going, since the fact that it’s illegal makes it appealing to some, but not to me... Good luck to you!
