If you somehow hit the largest slot machine jackpot in casino history, but the machine suddenly glitched or crashed the exact same second before your ticket or balance printed out, what would be your very first reaction and step?

I think maybe I would cry, a little cry. But then I would hope there would be some sort of memory of it hitting before glitching 🙂 I would think, pray, and hope.
 
This would be the worst scenario ever, and imagine at the end you won't get anything. it’s like losing a lot of money which you potentially should get.

An absolutely gut wrenching thing to happen. I would not wish that on my worst enemy.

Hopefully, my first reactions, stay calm and contact staff/management to explain the situation.
If no joy, engage a good lawyer and offer him/her half of any settlement as payment.
And if that fails, I would most likely end up bitter and twisted for the rest of my life. 😡

It depends on when the machine malfunctioned, if it happened after the win, and there was no malfunction during the spin, then there would be a record of the win in the machine memory, or other computer used to monitor that machine.

If it happened during the spin then you get nothing, as all malfuntions void any win.

I would be worried that they would claim whatever caused the crash caused the win and invalidate my win.

It would be a good sweat until you got paid, that is for sure.
 
i'd be very disappointed and hope management/security/ tech could figure things out .

I think the first thing I would do is start looking for a competent lawyer.
 
I’d take a video of the machine and call staff immediately 😂 No way I’m leaving until they check the records and explain what happened!

It's not easy to imagine that happening, but if it does, the 1st thing I'd do would be to contact the staff. It could be helpful if some people were there and saw what happened (Eventual witnesses). If nothing works, I'd just go home. A slot player is used to losing most of the time anyway.
