My opinion is: if you want to play for 0, first check when it last appeared in the history, then let about 20 spins pass before you start betting. If it doesn’t show up in 20 spins, you double your bet. It will appear eventually, but you keep doubling if it doesn’t, and let the roulette ‘find’ the 0.

That's a kind of Martingale strategy. It's been discussed many times.
1st of all, you need a huge BR to try and use it, but even then, 2 things get in the way:

- casinos have limits that prevent you to keep going at a certain point.
- One long bad streak and even that huge BR would be gone.

You need a lot of money, which is not right to play so much money. Once I was doing the same and the black didn't come for more than 10 times in a row. Of courseI was playing 0.$!

I completely understand what you’re saying about Martingale and the risks, but I wasn’t talking about betting big amounts. If you start with 10 cents, you don’t need a huge bankroll. In 40–50 spins, zero usually shows up at least once, and with very small bets the progression stays manageable. I’m not saying it’s a guaranteed strategy — just that if you play it with tiny stakes, you don’t need a lot of money to try it.

Using such a technique, it is unrealistic to always win. A few days, I think, is possible, a few weeks, unlikely, but it is possible. But the bankroll will definitely run out in a month or two.

Sounds like a solid plan… if the goal is to end up in financial therapy by Thursday. I think I’ll let the roulette wheel breathe and save my tequila for happier occasions.
The aim was total ruin, with a minuscule chance of total riches .... poetic in a sinister way.

I get what you’re saying, and you’re right: no strategy is foolproof in the long run. But one thing is certain — 0 will show up eventually. My point wasn’t to guarantee wins, but simply that if you start with 10 cents, you don’t need a big bankroll to try it out. You’re not competing with the players who bet big amounts, and when 0 hits, it usually affects them, not you. I think it’s worth trying as entertainment, as long as you stick to very small stakes.

Good old Martingayle strategy on the roulette wheel! There are already multiple threads about this topic here in the casino section.

With this strategy, all you'll have left after a game like this is to star in movies.

I have read about roulette strategies . I don't follow any of them . I play for fun , any number I please . I don't increase bets . I always play minimum bets for bankroll management reasons

There really isn't anyway to come out ahead long term except some early luck and then quitting forever ! I recommend staying away .

As said above, there's just no way long term profitable strategy.
for me, i always play around the 0 hits most of the time 5 numbers around the 0.
for me i think that the dealers job is the aim for the 0 cause its a win for the house most of the time. and he misses most of the time too which lands on the numbers around it. i could be schyzo...

If you try to repeat this on your own, I guarantee you, you will leave the casino with empty pockets.

I play pretty simply. A few bets, a few minutes and you can go home and sleep :)

I was under the impression that roulette wheels had a double 0 too . Perhaps that's not the case in all casinos or online . Anyway ExMoroccan , good luck if you wager !
