What do you think about unlicensed casinos?
Do you think they are too risky, or do you actively play there? Have you ever had a good or bad experience with them?

Honestly, the lack of proper licensing would worry me most. Even if you win, getting your money out could be a different story.

If we talk online and you mean offshore casinos then yeah I tried some and I never had a bad experience actually. Just stick with the established brands.

I think most of us don't have much choice if we want to play online,
but I would not keep more than I could afford to lose. I've had many go under and not pay.
Just had Ignition ask for stuff I gave them 20 years ago, and haven't got a clue now, so they closed my account
with $35. Jumped thru hoops for a couple months then gave up.

If you wrestle with pigs you gonna get dirty. Cant tell you how many shady chinese App sites have taken my money or "been unable to do withdrawals at the moment".

Its best to follow the advice of TLC and "Dont go chasing waterfalls, stick to the rivers and lakes you are used to".

Never deposit and withdraw winnings as soon as you can. Several sites burned me by closing, or putting in ridiculous rake ack requirements.

I have had both positive and negative experiences in this regard. Honestly, it is better to play where all the necessary permits and licenses are in place. Above all, this is safer for both you and your money.

Honestly, I never tried and probably never will. There are enough problems with some licensed sites already.

I think unlicensed casinos are too risky because there is no guarantee of fair play or secure payments. I prefer licensed casinos for better protection and peace of mind. That's why I try to avoid spooky online casino websites

As for online casinos, I would avoid the ones operating underground, since problems with payouts could obviously arise. With live casinos, however, it all depends on the situation.

I think unlicensed casinos are risky because they may lack proper regulation and fair-play protections.
I don’t play casino games myself, but I would recommend choosing licensed casinos to reduce the risk of fraud and losing money unfairly.

You are completrly unprotected in unlicenced casinos , they can scam you and get away with this , no state law can protect you I think , since you play there illegally . Many of them disappear overnight , won't pay out big wins . You really need to be careful where you play and how much you play in unlicenced casinos . Better play only in licenced casinos

Why play at an unlicensed casino when there are plenty of others that operate legally? An underground casino is a place where the operator can set their own rules, and there is nothing you can do about it—you have no rights, only the establishment's rules.

Exactly, without a licence there’s no reliable way to hold the operator accountable if they change the rules or refuse to pay.

In a casino, you are taking a risk regardless, and the casino holds the advantage. If the casino is unlicensed, you are taking on an additional—and quite significant—risk factor.

Regulation is German law.
Not licensensed casino/online poker/betting sites will not only have the risk of losing the invested money, but you can also get a problems with German law.
Not funny.

Any play in a casino is risky . Any play in an online casino is riskier . Any play in an unlicensed online casino is riskiest . Good luck !

Playing in unlicensed casinos is risky and not worth it, since the lack of regulation leaves the user unprotected against fraud, fund retention and software manipulation. These sites usually offer aggressive promotions, massive bonuses, the reality is that the danger considerably outweighs the supposed benefits.

Not legal in New Zealand.

If you physically participate in an illegal, unauthorized brick-and-mortar gambling operation (such as an illegal underground casino room), you are considered a participant in unauthorized gambling. Individual participants can be prosecuted and fined up to $10,000.

The organizer can be fined up to $50,000 and repeat offenders up to two years in prison.

I've never played at unlicensed casinos. I associate it with buying food at a restaurant that doesn't have a permit to sell its products. That's why, for me, unlicensed casinos mean the risk of losing money. 🤔
